Enda Stevens makes his debut for the reserves in a side with a healthy Irish contingent, joining Burke, Drennan, Williams & substitute Grealish. Gary Gardner comes back into the fold after a 3 game absence. Webb, Donacien & Burke come back in after resting against Swansea and Siegrist, Caira & Carruthers are not in the match day squad.

Arsenal have lost 2 and drawn 1 of their 7 home games so far so they're not invincible. A win puts Villa top but a home win brings Arsenal back into contention.

I followed Dan Harrison's commentary on the O/S and he said Stevens had a very accomplished debut. Stayed the pace well and didn't look at all out of his depth. Hopefully we'll see him on the first team bench soon enough.

Henry didn't play but judging by Williams on twitter, he was around the place.

In fairness, that's an exceptionally strong reserve line up. Most of that front 6 should be in the first team squad on the weekend.

Yep. That line up is almost cheating, but if you look at them, none of them have really featured all that much for the first team with the possible exception of Bannan.

That'll do.

Not a player over 22 mind. Swap the team and manager with first team for a week, see how that goes . Only Fonz and Bannan played more than 10 games for first team in that squad that won 7-1.
