16 year old Somalian, Islam Feruz, scores twice as a 55th minute sub for Chelsea. This kid is supposed to be shit hot. They nicked; sorry signed; him from Celtic. Keep an eye out for him. They have big plans for him.

Fulham stay right in touch. A goal from the wonderfully named 18-year old Guinea-Bissauan Buomesca Tue Na Bangna.

Monday's reserve game against Fulham has now been put back to Tuesday with a 1:30pm kick-off. It is also now going to be behind closed doors @ Bodymoor Heath.

The re-schedule is due to a forecast of below zero weekend temperatures and they are trying to prevent it from being postponed.

Arsenal loitering with intent, though their extra games played should stop them in their tracks.

Zak is the son of Andy Ansah. Remember him?

How would you get that on the back of your shirt?

We play Fulham @ 13:30 this afternoon. Fulham are arguably our biggest threat this season. They're currently unbeaten in 5 games and have the biggest win of the season, 7-0 against Bolton. The winner goes top. This is our first of 2 matches against the Londoners and I think it will go a long way towards deciding who wins the Southern title. West Brom will be looking on with interest.

That's a great win - it seems that we have a fair old production line on the go - great credit should go to Tony McAdnrew and Kevin MacDonald - plus, whoever scouts the little uns could probably teach whoever scouts the big uns a thing or two.

Great win, and now 3 points clear at the top. We fielded a strong team with the likes of Bannan, Gardner, etc:

Barrett; Lichaj, Derrick Williams, Baker, Stevens; Carruthers, Gardner (Cameron 59), Bannan (Caira 89), Johnson; Burke (Drennan 77), Weimann.

Substitutes not used: B. Watkins, Nelson-Addy.

There's a match report on the OS here
