Well, it's kids' TV, so it probably evokes love and hate in equal measure from adults. It's basically quasi-educational, in that every episode illustrates a particular concept for toddlers - 'big', 'small', 'louder', 'quieter', etc., with the animated characters playing practical jokes on bewildered humans.
