They never realise how earth shatteringly loud a prologued high/loud blast on a train horn can be. He who laughs last.. Another good target is the couple who are having a deep and heavy snogging session before one of them gets on a train. Works better at busier stations as the people on the platform arent as likely to be catching the train you are working and therefore might not be paying attention to you.
