We've been through four of the shittest years I have ever known. The football has been bloody suffocating, and I think because of this we tend to forget who and what we are. We're former winners of the biggest competition in Europe, before the days when a fart got you entry. We've an amazing amount of history and tradition. EVERYBODY knows our name. There was a time - and it will come again - when thousands would come out just to see our shirts hanging on a line... Beautiful ground. Amazing fans (yeah, we are grumpy, but at least we have a personality!!!!) The shirt, that beautiful BEAUTIFUL shirt, even when it's shit material it's the most incredible thing to wear. Back to the ground, that walk, those butterflies, there it is! Maybe we've gone through this shit for a reason, maybe now we can start looking up and start believing again. I'm equally as worried as excited, more so actually given how much we have to do over the summer and the threat of ongoing uncertainty. Once we have new owners, and we get the mettle of them a little bit, then maybe I'll have some faith.
