The Fun Factory
Very reasonable prices and well done for both clubs to argee on sensible ticket prices. I hope United bring a load down, we turn up in numbers and win a cracking FA Cup match! I wonder if Trinity Upper will stay closed for this one? Rugeley Villa
If they bring 6k like they say they will then it could be close to 40k

TRS-T
Tbf we got nearly 40k against Brighton a few years ago. But that was just after we'd made it to the League Cup final.
Rugeley Villa
Yep brighton was 39k. I'd be surprised but would not rule it out as its really cheap and on at saturday 3 o'clock. If we bang a few results together over the festive period you could well see a big gate at this game
Electric Avenue
Id expect circa 30k even if they bring 6k. People will be reigning it in a bit after Xmas and NY expenses.

AndyM3000
The Upper Trinity is closed so I doubt this is selling that well.
Rugeley Villa
Would of been half decent gate if we wernt in such bad form. 31k I reckon
The Fun Factory
Terrible home form and its just after christmas. Decent prices but I can't see more than 25,000 in, with 4-5,000 blades fans.

The Fun Factory
Terrible home form and its just after christmas. Decent prices but I can't see more than 25,000 in, with 4-5,000 blades fans. you could be right, would not be surprised Out of curiosity I have looked on the avfc ticket map. Bucket loads of seats left and that's with the upper trinity not open. If we lose midweek it could t be a feeble 15-20,000 gate. What has happened to the FA Cup 3rd round day? Should be free for all season ticket holders. Edited December 31, 2013 by The Fun Factory
Rugeley Villa
At end of day league form should be put to one side and we should try and have a good cup run, at least we will have some excitement then. If we lose tomoz then it could be a really bad gate. But ye fa cup should have a decent crowd
wedge
They're opening up the Upper Trinity if demand requires it on the day, hopefully we'll get over 30,000.
AvfcTheObsession
I think we'll see 20-22k for this. Most season ticket holders I've spoken to arent interested. How many games have regulars come away from VP this season having enjoyed their day?
Rugeley Villa
Bloody hell that would be shocking
VT Supporter chappy Posted January 2, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted January 2, 2014 I'm bringing two people who have never been to VP before, hope there is at least the remnants of an atmosphere!
The Fun Factory
They're opening up the Upper Trinity if demand requires it on the day, hopefully we'll get over 30,000. No chance. Its looking like we will have less Villa fans at least than when we played Rotherham in the league cup or the Malaga pre season. Could be like a Tranmere last season, but with 5,000 blades fans. They should have less premier league games this time of the season so people would have more money to spend for the FA Cup 3rd round.
Rugeley Villa
Ticket prices are really low to be fair. Aint the most glamourous tie but with the catchment area we have we should pull in more than 20k home fans at least. Even that is poor.
