  1. I'd rather have a MF who overplays the ball (Bannan) than a usless lump who "underplays" it (Petrov).
  2. I would personally play him instead of Petrov. He has more creativity. Petrov would be a good sub when we are winning and we have to manage the ball posession, or against big teams like Chelsea, Arsenal ecc...
  3. Today we lost because of: 1) Houllier's bad decisions. Albrighton should have been in for Agbonlahor, Bannan for Petrov. 2) Heskey. If you take of the wasted goal and the red card, he played a FANTASTIC game. Problem is, he missed a goal that was easier to score than to miss, and he got stupidly sent off. No excuses. 3) A bit of bad luck. If Bardsley tries that same shot 100 more times, he probably won't score another one.
  4. Collins is a madman and he should be tied up. Stupidest way of coceding a penalty.
  5. Today GH was shit. Delph was out of condition, Hogg is poor, Collins should be tied up... Why the fook didn't Clark play? And Bannan?
  6. Warnock is a madman, and he should be tied up. How stupid was he when he allowed the corner on which N'Gog (rubbish player) scored? Dunne and Collins... You can find better defenders in League 2... Hogg... Can't attack, can't defend... Bullshit player... Agbonlahor... IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE STRIKER, WHAT THE **** ARE YOU DOING ALWAYS STAYING ON THE WING? IDIOT!
  7. He used to be the Special One. Now he is the Special Five
  8. The fact is that we can't go much far with these rubbish defenders... Can Lichaj possibly be worse than L.Young?
  9. Well, Mourinho wanted Deco and Carvalho last year. The DOF bought Sneijder and Lucio, and we all know how it ended. DOFs are more concentrated on other teams' players, especially for foreign teams. But if Manager (or Coach in this case, actually) and DOF don't share the same ideas, it's often useless.
  10. I was very impressed by his performance today. I personally didin't miss Petrov at all.
  11. Problem is that Ireland and Young play at their best in the same position: Behind the main striker. And Young is frankly better. I don't dislike Ireland, but it was not the player we needed to buy.
  12. Agreed, under Mancini they played very similar to City right now. When they needed a goal they told Ibra to get one, and he did whether it was a tap in or a 35 yarder. The guy was unstoppable. He probably won't be as effective at Milan but he has a big chance of being the Serie A top scorer again. Agree about Barca too, gave them a different option, but somewhat didn't suit their style. Needed time to integrate. Still scored 22 goals at Barça...
  13. You obviously don't know very much about him if you call him lazy... Watch some more Serie A. He is fighting like a gladiator with AC Milan, and threw up after a match for the effort.
  14. I don't trust Dunne... With him the mistake that could cost us a goal is always behind the corner. I think it should be Cuellar + Collins, and I would like to see Clark a bit more.
  15. He did an AWESOME cross for Young vs Stoke... Shame we wasted such a great chance. We probably would have had 3 more points now...
  16. I am quoting a message i wrote on a previous thread about O'Neill.
  17. Top 4, would bring a lot of money and visibility to the club.
  18. Can you imagine MON changing anything in the team without extream reasons (such as injuries, red cards)?
  19. How about the Bolton winger Lee ChungYong? I think he has really a lot of talent, he is just 22, and would be perfect on the right wing.
