So in what has been Lambert's worst two months in the PL as his side has tired, we have got exactly the amount of points in the corresponding fixtures.

I would love it if Lambert joined Villa.

I hope it is true but would doubt it seeing as he posted this blog on his new official website 3 days ago: Surely he wouldn't mention this if he was back in proper training.

I predicted we would have 1 more point than we do, have us down for 6 of the final 9 though which I would change to absolute maximum of 3 (Norwich), more likely 1

Just read those team names that you have listed. They are not nor ever have been in the same bracket as Aston Villa. They are nothing teams and have been for a long time. Why don't you go the whole hog and mention Accrington Stanley? Because they have never been relegated from the Premier League so aren't relevant to this discussion maybe?? Yes I was being facetious mentioning some of those sides BUT how can you possibly say these teams are not or ever have been in the same bracket as Aston Villa? How many times did Forest win the European Cup?

I wouldn't say 'turned over', much of the second half was a tense affair. bent missed a couple of chances but I remember them putting us under a lot of pressure. I am not confident about tonight, I'm just remembering the Carling cup debacle where their reserves 'turned over' our first team...

My last home game of the season, got to go to a wedding on the day of the Spurs match. Heading off in a couple of hours, so nervous. This game is massive.

Agree with allof this,I voted for himearlier in the thread and I think he was MOTM again yesterday.

Haven't read the thread through but I would take 12m. He just doesn't look like his heart is in it any more. I know we can blame Mcleish partly for this BUT next season I would like to see bent and Weimann in the team together.
