    Still yet to be overly convinced by Griezeman, based on this tournament alone I don't see the hype. Coman is bloody rapid, going to be some player in the future. As said before, very raw but Emboolo has a bright future as well. On a side note has anyone seen that Ronaldo advert about muscle toners? One of the gayest adverts I've ever seen.

    Not sure that's true, think he was always a CB coming through the youth teams... I think he only ever played once or twice under mon and it wasn't until the houllier season where he got regular games (I remember him at CB against west ham in kmacs game in charge).

    The atmosphere in the stadium at the end o the season was very toxic, especially towards these players. It obviously has an effect on performance. We don't want that next season, we need to get behind the team. Therefore I don't see how there is a way back for these players, one mistake and the fans would instantly be on their backs again. Only one I would maybe keep would be Richards (at rb) as I don't think he got (nor deserved) the dogs abuse the others got.

    Well done Iceland. Portugal are very underwhelming and very easy to hate (not saying that because they always knock is (England) out). I don't get why they don't play Renato Sanches and William Carvalho don't start, would be much more dynamic team.
