My dad has been unable to attend a lot this year due to serious illness. The Fulham game you mention was the one time his ticket didn't sell because Fulham returned half their away allocation (all the upper Doug Ellis seats) close to the game so the game wasn't a sell-out. So I could understand my dad's seat not being sold for that game. But this is more annoying because it is the Club's own doing and related to asking people to pay a lot of money for burger and chips.

On the FFP thread, somebody has posted a Football Insider link to an article from a finance expert criticising the decision to not rebuild the North Stand. One line from it which stood out was: “It seems they will now only add just 3,000 seats, which admittedly will be premium price seats, but it does seem to be a short-term decision. If this is correct about these being premium seats (and I don't know how this person would know this anyway) then this wouldn't fit with the concept of these extra seats being in out of the way parts of the ground like the corners. It has also reignited my paranoia that I might soon be kicked out of my season ticket seat on the halfway line in the Doug Ellis.

A couple of years ago I took my wife to the Heath Lodge Clinic in Knowle which is just for scans only and saw Trarore there so assumed that was where Villa got their scans done but maybe things have changed since Unai replaced all the medical staff. At the Priory, you could get a scan and / or a consultant appointment.

I put my dad's season ticket up for sale 3 weeks before the game. Because of the area where it was, I could tell that it wasn't even put up for sale by the club at all. I don't think they put these re-sales up until they've sold all their own and so Fulham returning half their allocation (the whole upper tier) stopped this from happening. The 2 games before that, my dad's ticket sold but only 2 days before the game - which again makes me think it wasn't put up for sale until all the other ones had gone
