    U21s today could be a good afternoon out in the bham senior cup, v Atherstone Town , u10s/11s in a Tournie in Poland 16s & 18s both host Forest 2mo u9 / 10s away to Swansea u13 host Bristol U14 host Leicester in the Albert Phelan cup

    I stopped drinking alcohol 3 weeks ago , I’d tried to cut down on the beer intake for a while but it just wasn’t working , I was still drinking to much. I coach youth football 2-3 evenings a week and am at football Saturday and Sunday . This generally leads to someone or everyone going for a de-brief beer or plenty afterwards . This also led to food late at night and my weight crept up .so I needed to cut the rubbish out ! No beer , no sausage baps etc , less snacking , lost 11 pound in 3 weeks without starvation .I feel really fresh and getting good sleep now . I don’t miss the beer tbh but I do miss the bacon ,sausage etc .

    The problem with Ezri getting a belated call up is when he comes back to Bodymoor hel have to be re-trained to turn him back into the player he was previously. Well done Ezri on your call up , but fk you cocknose !

    This was the u18s with plenty of younger players featuring . This afternoon our u10s and super strong u11s are in a tri fixture at Man City with Feyenoord. amongst the Academy fixtures 2mo our u12s are in the Truce cup qualifiers held in Aldershot

    This lad shouldn’t be singled out just as he had the hook early ,( he’s an easy target with his recent off field attention) . things happen when the rest of the squad also aren’t at the races ,something had to change quickly and I’m sure Unai expected more from him and his replacement . Since being with us he’s shown a glimmer that he could fit in and we have the right man at the helm to try and make it happen . He seems like the kind of player that if it clicks for him he could explode on the scene . All of course. UTV!
