  1. They wasn't relegation candidates playing like championship players.
  2. We have no chance of Poch coming here after this performance, he would be mad.
  3. Jesus , what a mess , whoever the manager is we are going to struggle to stay up. Worst start to season for years.
  4. He's not though, he always had a bad rep for footballing decisions from his Liverpool days , Chelsea made sure he was employed on the commercial side of things only..
  5. Buy this https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/tenda-tx3-ax1800-dual-band-24-ghz-5-ghz-wi-fi-6-ps2499-at-tab-retail-4010068 Then connect it and switch the hub3 to modem mode, easy to do, youtube have loads of videos on how to do it. I rename the WiFi name and password to replicate the hub3 one, that way it's a seamless change over .
  6. It's the only way the conservatives can stay in power without a general election, he has the mandate given him by the electorate, anyone else and they will have to have a GE within 6 months.
  7. Maybe not but they could at least voice their objection to whats unfolding. We have no voice to even start to call for a GE ATM, the media are licking the wounds and the BBC is hiding from threatened cuts in funding. Our saving grace is Martin Lewis, is this what its come down to?
  8. This is why we need an elected head of state to step in and say enough is enough , time for GE. Truss has the power to completely deystroy us all and she's muddling through. Maybe Putin has taken over her brain
  9. Virgin, 300mbs , £24 a month, VPN £5 a month and IPTV £50 a year. Sport movies and TV series sorted. Virgin broadband router is hopeless, stick it in modem mode and attach a proper router to it, only costs about £50 and its a game changer. What do people need huge amounts of download speed for? I have a ZTE mobile router 5g and it's quicker than Virgin fixed broadband, when it comes to re new I maybe going that way.
  10. Crazy to see the changes in fortunes between us and them in 12 months. This time next year ay....
  11. I know it's war but can't help thinking of the human cost in a weapon like that. Putin spinning it as western aggression , wonder if he will ever lose the PR battle in Russia, thats where this war will be won or lost with Russian public opinion.
  12. Israel has offered their help so hopefully they will be installed before the missiles are delivered, might be too late though. It does beg the question on Russia attacking the Ukraine from Russian soil if they have been pushed out of the Ukraine, will the Ukrainians attack Russia?
  13. Comedy of errors in defence but we didn't score so it's the same old problem again. Chelsea looked disinterested after their European adventure. Fans were very lacklustre, hardly made a noise , Gerrard running down the tunnel straight after the game doesn't help his cause. 2 winnable games coming up that will dictate our season , 4 points =midtable, anything less means bottom half and the probability of a relegation battle looking likely.
  14. Liverpool fans backing their man
  15. Half expecting Terry Jones to pop his head out of number 10 and shout "she's not the prime minister, she's a very naughty girl"
  16. No, we can't do without a manager even if that manager is Gerrard.
  17. Well we're struggling to stay in our league with Gerrard. Poch is an upgrade.
  18. Gerrard isn't good enough for us and imo time will tell us all this. I have seen this unfolding from the start, he was always Purslow's man and despite his winning mentality as a player he was always introverted and Carragher said this when Gerrard was appointed. UTV
  19. I can see that but you have to factor in our owners and the money and ambition they have. Certain clubs are going to be successful because of who owns them, Man city , Newcastle , Chelsea and I believe we are now part of that group. We just need to get a manager who elevates us rather than one who's lucky to get the job.
  20. None of these were as experienced as Poch is , in fact we have nearly always elevated managers rather than having one who's dropping a level to manage us. If our owners want success they have to get a manager in who can and has performed at that level. Letting an inexperienced manager spend like they have is foolish. Poch or a manger like him would demand respect from the players, as he has done it at the top level. Seeing Gerrard scramble around looking lost isn't going inspire any of our players apart from a few of the younger ones. We know Beale was the brains of the operation, he's gone and Gerrard is spent. The gamble is over I'm afraid and now it's time to back a proven successful manager and start to build something successful. I hope Gerrard beats Chelsea and Fulham and we start to build , it's just not going to happen.
