Sex Education season 2 out today. Still the same random American high school in the middle of the English countryside with everyone driving 30 year old cars. Just more of the same really but that's no bad thing given how good season 1 was

Palace are the joint lowest goalscorers in the league & are not exactly blessed with a squad full of forwards, They have Ayew who scores a goal every 4 games or so, Conor Wickham who has scored 3 goals in 3 years and barely kicked a ball in that time and have just signed Tosun on loan who has managed about 8 goals in 2 years of english football. Other than Benteke that is the extent of their forward options (excluding Zaha as more of a winger) and yet still they are happy to let Benteke go out on loan. Should tell you all you need to know really.

It is now... Cyberpunk has joined the ever expanding pile of games that have been delayed this year & pushed back to September 17th. Seems to be a few including the Marvel Avengers game that have been pushed back until September. Wonder if were going to get some earlier than usual Next Gen consoles this time around to match these dates

Yup look at someone like Almiron at Newcastle. Until the past few weeks he would probably hit the post if you put the ball on the goal line & gave him a 5 yard run up but he's treated like a cult hero because he does the work of 2 every week. You think McGinn gets around the pitch a lot but that guy does not stop running & tracking back. Chased Traore all over the pitch the other day, at one point catching him after a 30 yard dash, put in a slide tackle & got kicked in the head for his trouble, Just got up and carried on trying to play the ball forward & create chances but as soon as they lost the ball he was doing everything possible to get it back. Sure he wasn't scoring but he will be their player of the season by a long way

5 - Palace, West Ham, City, Sheff Utd, Watford. Might not look much but it is just under 23% of our games played. Goals scored isn't really the issue though, There are still only 8 teams that have scored more goals than us but conceding just about 2 goals per game on average is completely killing us and it's getting worse. Our last 10 games have seen us concede 23 times, 13 of these are in the last 5 matches.

22 million is a lot higher than the 3.5 million Celtic have paid. There are players out there, Sure not all of them will turn out to be superstars but sometimes worth a punt. Norwich paid less than 2 million for Buendia & got Pukki for free..

They had a player less than us for half the game a couple of weeks ago and that didn't give us any sort of advantage so not sure a few of them maybe having to play a couple of days later will make much difference. Hell they barely even changed the line-up at all in the 4 games over christmas & beat utd, us & wolves and drew away at sheff utd

The one thing i hadn't added was Targett has 1 goal & 2 assists, Taylor does not. Sure we have won more with Targett starting but it also includes both the Norwich games. Sunday was woeful with Taylor starting against City but Targett played the full 90 in some of our most dire performances against those around us such as Southampton & 10 man Watford,. Far too many variables to read anything into it really other than it doesn't really seem to matter who is playing LB as we will have a few good games & a lot of shit ones

Not sure it really means anything but (league games only) : Targett has started 14 games. We have W4 D2 L8, Burnley, Norwich, Brighton, Man City, Liverpool, Wolves, Newcastle, Man Utd, Chelsea, Leicester, Sheff Utd, Southampton, Norwich, Watford. We conceded 27 in those 14 games. Taylor has started 8 games. We have W2 D1 L5, Spurs, Bournemouth, Everton, Palace, West Ham, Arsenal, Burnley, Man City We conceded 15 in those 8 games. (up until Sunday it was 9 conceded in 7 games) The 2 games where Targett went off to be replaced by Taylor are : Burnley 2-2 (We were 1-0 up when Taylor came on) & Wolves 1-2 (We were 1-0 down when Taylor came on)

Microsoft announcing that there will be no in house exclusives for the series X for at least a year is a bit of a strange one. I know most games will usually come out on both old & new consoles for the first year or two after they are around but to have nothing exclusive on it at all to sell the system is a little strange. I appreciate the whole xbox eco system everything is playable on everything and things are moving more towards just being the equivalent of a new PC graphics card/processor but there now seems to be little reason to buy one if you already have an Xbox one X (these are also getting incredibly inexpensive now) other than the possibility of playing games at the equivalent of high/ultra settings rather than medium/high. Is that worth 5/600?

5 of our starting 11 in that game played for us last season & Kodjia came on to make it 6. 9 of our matchday squad were playing for us last season. Had mings been fit and we had gone with elmo & taylor that day instead of gulibert & targett who are apparently much better we could have easily started with 8 of last years players too We started 8 of last seasons players yesterday against City, What is the reason that they looked like a bunch of strangers who had never even met ? surely they have had time to gel like sheff utd players....

Keep seeing this came up a year too early stuff, What on earth makes anyone think things would have been better in the championship this season. The loan players would still all have left, We would have still lost another half a dozen due to contracts ending so we would have needed the same rebuild if not even more as FFP would have prevented us from spending more than the loose change down the back of a sofa. We wouldn't have been buying Heaton, Mings, & El Ghazi for sure and would be scratting around league 1 and shit euro 2nd divisions looking for bargains. Given how smiths teams defend i think we would have been down there for a long time

Scary thing about that season is that we only averaged 2 goals per game conceded over the course of the season. We are currently 1 goal away from conceding 2 per game this season and it's getting worse rather than better. In the 9 league games since the start of December we have conceded 23 goals.

If they don't get rid of him by the end of the month that is exactly what they are doing

Given our current situation i would gladly drag Robbie Keane out of retirement & have him & Defoe play 45 minutes each every game

Think the current bottom 3 will go down. Only possible positive is that whomever made that Rotterdam to Rotherham banner may be able to get some more use out of it as they are currently top of league 1
