We can change that. I feel we are showing signs of recovery, have hit the bottom and are now working our way forward slowly but surely. We are also building a togetherness and resilience which is something we haven't had for a long time. I'm actually excited for next season (and still interested to see where we finish for this) We are getting stronger. This makes me proud.

I was out in Torquay and went to wetherspoons there. Id done some speed and suddenly felt the urge to go to the loo. Cubicle one- finished but no loo roll so onto each one until finally the fifth or six cubicle had some in. I was off my tits hopping around in each cubicle waiting until the coast was clear before moving to the next cubicle. Fun times

Whatever happens a strong finish to this season bodes well for next. Nice to have some pride in Villa again.

Hypothetical question but would you rather promotion to the prem next season or promoted this season and battling relegation again. I for one would rather promotion next season. I'm enjoying winning games and not being beaten every week. We go up next season and we will be a much stronger team.

Hmm I think it's beyond us now but I would be excited to see what we can achieve next season especially if we continue with the same momentum as what we have had recently. fwiw I think we will finish 8th (although I hope I'm wrong!!)

Hello all just wondered if anyone has had any experience of PTSD? basically I had a lot of stress a couple of years ago- my wife got diagnosed with cancer, 6 year old had to have heart surgery and I got made redundant from a job I loved in the same year. This was 2 years ago. I didn't have any support and we all got through it. I thought I got through it but now have started realising I have been very low, moody, withdrawn, uninterested,demotivated and more worryingly emotionally numb for quite a while. When I'm with certain people (work for Example) I can appear ok but inside I'm beating myself up. This has now culminated with me behaving irrationally which has brought this all to the fore. I'm booked in for counselling next week but am trying to get my head around it at the moment so just thought I'd share and hope someone may have experience or advice. Thanks.
