More than capable IMO,
I remember watching him a few seasons ago against Man City whilst on loan at Swindon and he didn't look out of place against them
IIRC think he got MOTM so I'm very excited about him getting a chance with our first team
I believe there is some kind of certain age by a certain date caveat to be eligible?
Think that's why Tim can't be involved till March.
@useless maybe remembers the requirements?
Cannot see him coming back to England as he will have to pay half of his earnings back in Tax.
Neeto be out the country for 12 months so will probably end up in Europe for 6 months
Certainly putting himself in the shop window
By the time he gets back then presumably gets a week off then back in training your looking around mid February so I'm suprised we seem so keen to offload him when just 3 months of the season will remain for the sake of circa £1m or so in wages.
If Bailey or Diaby pick up any knocks or drop off then I'm sure he more than capable of interim cover especially if we progress on in domestic and European fronts.
Can see him coming off the bench in Athens and scoring a 90th minute Bertie belter to lift the cup!
It's all down to personal reasons, For most people that's a days leave if you want a proper day out.
Im sure most would rather do another Amsterdam tour if they have to manage annual leave
