It’s 5 goals and 7 assists in 24 matches worth of minutes actually. For someone coming off the bench or being substituted in almost every game, for a struggling side it’s pretty good.

Especially last night, Copenhagen were poor but it was more open for Jack and City were playing more direct. He did everything but score and came very close a few times. He’s never gonna be a prolific scorer but for everything else he’s really got into a groove. -
I think the manner of the loss and the fans reaction would dictate that - real vitriol and songs from the away fans live on TV I think would turn even Purslow. Steven is lucky it’s not at Villa Park.

Our squad that day Heaton Guilbert Engels Mings Targett Hourihane Nakamba McGinn El Ghazi Wesley Grealish subs: Steer, Konsa, Taylor, Luiz, Jota, Trezeguet, Davis. But yeah, it’s all the current players fault we struggle to even get chances because they’re not very good.
