  1. If it stays like this and Newcastle lose and we win tomorrow that's 5 points from safety.
  2. Sunderland deducted 10 points for having a paedo in their team, Newcastle deducted 10 points for failing the FFP makes it just between us and Norwich. Judging by the last game I think we'll be fine. All sorted.
  3. If the team simply gave up and accepted relegation, do you think they can instantly flick a switch and get promotion next year... You need to instil some fighting spirit even if it ends up with relegation we can mould a group of players together who are prepare to fight for each other. This also shows Remi who is worth keeping for next year.
  4. If we can reduce the difference to under 6 points we always stand a chance of getting out of this. We really need to keep it under 6 points and win our 6 pointers. There will be teams at the beach and also those who underestimate us being the bottom club.
  5. An injury to Defoe and I think that's curtains for them. WBA on the other hand rarely ship many goals and they have strikers who can score from the scraps. I guess if I had the choice I would of gone for Pullis until Lerner sold the club to bring some stability but at a cost of watching dross week in week out. Remi would of been a great choice with a new owner coming in and giving him the cash to buy his own players. At this moment in time Remi is the only bright spark this club has and should do everything to keep him and supply with him with a decent amount of cash.
  6. Out with an achilles injury, seems to completely crocked.
  7. I can see us scoring against Liverpool, remains to be seen we can keep a clean sheet against them. Requires Gueye in beast form and no nerves at the back. I got a bad feeling about Westwood being caught in possession to much.
  8. The players that I would like to see stay are the same ones that will likely be bought by promoted clubs / French clubs or clubs of similar stature.
  9. To not even bring a striker in on loan is just insane, I can't even comprehend how we have signed no one. I wonder what was said to Garde prior to him joining.
  10. Could do what the United supporters did, those who were unhappy with the Glazers created a spin off club.
  11. Zilch, zip, zero, nothin', no, nada · Like your father **** your mother
  12. That guys tweets can't be serious? He seems to just be looking for reactions (not in a good way).
  13. Very rational? Even though his manager and coaches told him it was a bad idea. I can not see how slowing down a limited player is a good idea in any sense. That time in the gym should of been spent on extra training on his positioning and technical skills.
  14. Maybe still fast but not lightning quick which always gave him the edge he needed.
  15. Houllier wanted Agbonlahor for his pace but he kept bulking up anyway..
  16. I would say Ighalo was an exception though, it was only because the guy who owns Watford (or his son) also owns Udinese that they got Ighalo and various other players. Clubs like Blackburn and Fulham had to pay over the top for good strikers so I don't see how were going to save any money by waiting for a striker. The only thing a player would avoid by coming later is not having a relegation on his cv which I can understand.
  17. The club and fans needs to back this guy 100%. He's the only way were going to get back to winning ways.
  18. Not doing to bad for his first season and in a low morale squad. He will get better I just hope its with us.
  19. One of the reasons this club is doing so badly. Highly paid and produces nothing on the pitch, those wages could be given to a proven goal scorer.
  20. Looked decent but quickly became deadwood. Now to get rid of the rest of the deadwood.
  21. The guy has so much tunnel vision, if only if could just look up and lay it off to a nearby teammate and get back into position he would be so much more effective.
  22. Please make a video, would be more entertaining than watching Gestede play.
  23. We had a net spend of 8 mill on a squad that barely avoided relegation. Clearly the way to success is limiting funds and hoping for the best. Unbelievable.
  24. Surely when he took the job he would of requested funds in the January window, from the goalkeeper to the strike force it has be woeful not even Mourinho/Wenger could get enough goals out of them.
