    Disappointing, no doubt it was in our grasp. For me though, players still learning a new style of play and we clearly need that conditioning coach to do his thing. Gives Unai a look at some of the squad, clearly a few not doing well out of it. Despite still Brighton to go at the weekend, I think we will look completely different in December after the break. We could have won it, we didn’t, but there are still big signs of improvement UTV

    For me, it’s sign. I look at the likes of Bowen who didn’t set the world alight initially but you knew he had it and, after a settling period, he’s been class. I see it that’s way with Coutinho

    He’s not lazy but he’s far too casual at times. He made a great headed clearance early in the game, turns his back on play and the bloody thing comes straight back at him. He just needs to remain switched on at all times. IMO he’s class, he’s a warrior, leader, exceptional athlete but infuriating at times with the most stupid things

    Fantastic time to score. They would have been happy going in at half time 0-0 and felt they were in the game. Hopefully that has deflated them. This was never going to be easy and you can see how up for it they were on the back of Rafa and probably Luca Digne coming back so quickly too
