Anyone read "skagboys"yet? It's the prequel to trainspotting and porno I though the first two books were brilliant (porno better than trainspotting) but I have tried 3 times now to read porno and each time I am struggling to get past 50 pages, that said I am a binge reader, I will do 3 books a week for 2 months then not read for 4 months so that could be why I'm struggling so much I have gave up on skagboys at the minute and have started (nearly finished) a book called "southern gods" all about a blues guitarist who's music sends people crazy, it started off well but Towards the middle/end it kind of forgot it's setting (the deep south) and it's time (the 50's) and turns into a generic book about good and evil with the token priest for good measure Not bad and it's an easy read cuz hopefully it will spark me into reading again cuz I have 4 books waiting at the minute

Be interested to know how you get on as I have terrible trouble sleeping I brought a stock of various over the counter medicines on my last trip to the states , still don't help me sleep but they do make me groggy in the morning !! I threw 4 of them back last night about an hour before I went to bed, didn't feel any more tired than normal after taking them but I did nod straight off and slept like a log all night through and woke up feeling great I'm still pretty sceptical about them and think I may have just had a lucky nights kip, I'm gunna try them again tonight but I suppose it could be down to them that I go a good nights rest

Ok then serious Question Has anyone ever taken Kalms and do they actually work??? I've been having massive problems sleeping for the last few weeks, I will admit I've been pretty stressed (money problems, nothing major but enough to make the next month or two pretty dificult) I dont let it get me down at all but that's all I can put my restless nights down to. Someone at work has gave me some kalms and told me to drop a few before I go to bed, I'm gunna give it a go but I always thought they were nothing more than a placebo to be honest. What would happen if I threw back 6 or 7 of them? They are only herbal crap ain't they?

the last one on your list there *and ****' aquaman* for som reason he seems insanely popular with kids (I have no **** idea why) but someone was telling me the other day that the only thing that their son is asking for his birthday is an aquaman figure, and after checking online the cheapest they could find was about £50 dont know how true that is but thats what I was told

to be honest the only thing that makes it unusual is how other people completely disregard it, they hear it and turn their nose up, saying that though I dont know how many people I have got to love at least 1 townes van zandt or guy clark track but when you play it enough around them without forcing them to listen to it they often end up liking it and that is my mates who are into dub step and shit like that

I'm with mooney on this one I couldn't tell you the difference between Jay Z, stintchy strider, tiny temper or dizzy rascal I know who Katy perry and rihanna are but that's more through reading shit newspapers at work, I could only name you literally a couple of songs from them both That said I'm only 27 so I dont know if that actually makes me extremely sad by being so out of touch with today's music scenes

Just got back from watching snow White and the huntsman It wasn't actually that bad man, quite enjoyed it actually. Plus charlize theron looks amazing even as an old woman The bird I went to see it with thought the film was great she **** loved it. If I see one more trailer for batman TDKR though I think I'm gunna explode it is killing me now really really can't wait for that I've had a bit of a cinema spree just lately ive done the avengers twice, Prometheus, snow White and the huntsman, and I'm going to see Ill manors and batman. I usually only make a few trips to the cinema a year if there is a film I really wanna see but I'm quite liking my little fad at the moment

its happened again this **** weekend just wanted a really quiet chilled out few days but.... tonight I'm going to the cinema (dont mind that) then tomorra I have just found out its me mates wedding reception which I have been **** bullied into going and its the other side of **** Birmingham, I'm pissed off about it man, I agreed to go (did't have much choice) but I thought it was in a few weeks time but 'nah' its tomorra night **** great then Ive gotta get back and watch the boxing which means that I cant have too much to drink at this poxy wedding thing or I wont be awake for the fight believe it or not I'm not that miserable I just want a nice quiet weekend without being dragged out to these **** social get togethers

How long do you have left on the contract? You could either ring them and try as had been suggested or quit the contract and then hope they send you an email with the offer! Or you could try and sign up again with an offer like this one under another name within the property? £80!! Is that phone and broadband too? Yeah everything I have is landline 20 meg broadband (or something like that) sky+ (even though I can only record 1 channel at a time) all of the entertainment packages (think there are 5 of them and they are £1 each) sky sports 1 (costs £8 a month I think) box nation (£10 a month I know this isnt really part of sky but I still watch it on my sky box so I'm including it) HD (got a deal on it for about £4 a month for 12 months)

any chance I could jump on the existing customer 75% off for 12 months? my sky bill comes in at about £80 and that with only sky sports 1 and none of the movie channels
