    If Blues finish 4th, as things stand they'd play Cardiff who are 5th. But they're in freefall so Burnley could well overtake them and Preston could too!

    I know this thread isn't for discussion but I take exception to your "discontent of the fans" comment. You make out it is the fanbase as a whole which is far, far from the truth and you certainly don't speak for me! Also, I and everyone else I know have already renewed our season tickets. We have a little more faith and choose not to get all hysterical when we go through a bad patch.

    I heard a great song for Milner being sung by a couple of lads in front of me at Sunderland away. The trouble is, other than 'Jimmy Milner', 'is Brazilian' and '20 million' I can't for the life of me remember any of the other words.....I can remember how the tune went but don't know what it is! Well that was a good contribution to this thread.

    With the odd exception, it's just not possible to buy players 'good enough' for the top 4 until we are in it, they won't come. You have to get the best of what else is available. I also don't understand how you claim we're in some kind of shit - we're in 5th place!!

    Trouble is there's no guarantees about what will happen next season, whatever happens this season. If we win a trophy this season, it will be there to see for evermore! I don't think winning the FA Cup or UEFA Cup would 'soon be forgotten' either.

    I have to say I'm surprised so many people have chosen the first option. I chose the second. Football, for me, is all about winning trophies. Finishing 4th won't appear on our honours list for the rest of time.

    Hi General, I'm not sure who to ask on this, so would you be able to find out if the away leg of the Moscow game on 26th Feb is being televised anywhere? It doesn't appear on the Channel Five listings who have showed our last few games, and I can't immediately see it on any of the others. Cheers. EDIT: I've found out that it is being shown on Setanta Ireland, but obviously I'm looking for a UK channel that's showing it if anyone is!
