  1. I've been using this http://www.buytickets.chilternrailways.co.uk/ticketmatrix.aspx?Command=TimeTable Looking at the super off peak return £39, but i'd like an open ended ticket if possible!
  2. Thats about right, i'm looking to book with Chiltern too, £39.00 for two adults, return, no railcard though, just standard price. Why do they all say 'Ticket only valid on services via High Wycombe'? Because the faster trains from New st don't go through Wycombe whereas the chiltern do. Price restrictions. Thanks mate, so you can only buy that ticket if you're departing from Moor Street/Snow Hill? When you book online you have to specify a time to leave Moor Street and leave Wembley Stadium. Departure from Moor Street isn't a problem, but getting back, can't you have an open ended ticket? The stations going to be rammed after the game! Can you get any trains from New Street to Wembley Stadium do you know? Sorry, I'm asking you questions as if you work in the ticket office, open to anyone thats booked a train with Chiltern I suppose

  4. Hmmm...Scholes couldn't tackle for **** though? All brilliant attacking players, but both Gerrard and Milner have a defensive side to their game. Gerrard's got the edge at the moment, but Milner is gaining ground quickly. Gerrard's world class, and he's proved it as an England regular and he's played in the Champions League. Milner's been brilliant this season for us and he has to go to South Africa, and based on current form (which Capello says he picks the side on) Milner will be a starter.
  5. At the moment, DiBella isn't happy with Golden Boys proposal. Like he says, Khan is currently a nobody whereas Paulie isn't. Surely Paulie should be making the demands. Malignaggi isn't really that well know, well apart from in boxing circles, most know him as the person who's head Ricky Hatton caved in and had to have a hair cut mid fight!
  6. Ref had a shocker? I know he got the handball wrong, it was Chimbonda that handballed, not Heskey. But the Gabby one was never a penner, and he was right to yellow Gabby in my opinion, he dived. He'd dived before he'd made contact with Samba, no where near enough momentum to carry him over either.
  7. I had considered that. Floyd would jump at the chance and Ricky seens to have convinced himself that he was in the fight. Hopkins/Jones 2 is signed apparently Why doesn't Jones just retire? I thought that Aussie guy that beat Jones Jr was supposed to be fighting Hopkins anyway? Mayweather should stay away from the Hitman aswell, he'll **** him up. Theres only onnnnnnne Ricky Hatton.....
  8. They should have given us the entire bottom tier of that stand we were in.
  9. Agree. Cuellar's distribution was awful, like having Mellberg back at right-back. Can't understand why Young was bench, unless it was injury. His form doesn't warrant being dropped. Cuellar is shit at right-back, it should be centre half or bench for him after tonights disply! I'd imagine he was there to challenge Blackburn's height more effectively from a defensive point of view. He kept giving the ball away or just hammering it aimlessly up field. Yes but he's not there for his distribution skills is he? But whats the point of winning the ball if you're going to give it back all the time? Luke Young would have been fine tonight.

  12. First half we played well, but the second was shit, negative change by O'Neill aswell. The ball was coming straight back to us everytime we cleared it, Heskey wasn't picking it up, he should have made a straight swap, Carew for Heskey, fresh legs. Instead he brings on Sidwell? If you're going to bring on a midfielder aswell, it should have been Reo-Coker. He made things diffcult for us with that change, we could have won that tie by more, Rovers were shit.
  13. Zavvi have Batman AA for £17.95. http://www.zavvi.com/games/platforms/xbox-360/batman-arkham-asylum/10035800.html
  14. Both Mayweather and Pacquiao are taking drugs, thats why they beat Hatton, otherwise, they wouldn't have stood a chance.
  15. Agree with that apart from upfront. I never thought I'd say this but Heskey deserves to keep his place based on what I saw today, played well. Carew although he didn't have much time, didn't have any impact.
  16. What about Ainsley Harriott, suzie salt and percy pepper and all that.
  17. Didn't he sign for Leicester City when they were in the Premiership, then went back to Italy as he'd been offered a managers job?
  18. James Milner does not need an agent and James Milner does not get paid. By default James Milner has a bank balance of infinity and this will never decrease. James Milner has no need for money. If James Milner asks for something, you give it to him. The face of James Milner will be printed on money from 2011 Whilst in other news, Paulie Malignaggi's face will be printed on toilet paper.
  19. I thought we were lucky to get a point, in the 2nd half I don't recall us having a shot on target. Lucky to get a point, yet if the ref did his job properly we get all 3. I've just seen it on MOTD, and had the shoe been on the other foot and we'd have had that goal disallowed for handball, i'd feel rather hard done by. Spurs got what they deserved, draw was a fair result.
  20. Yea, because it's perfectly acceptable for a player to keep a ball in play using his hand. I'm sure you'd see it differently if it was Villa/Wales involved.
  21. For Emile Heskey to be considered a bargain, Wigan would have to have paid us 3m to take him off their hands!
  22. Anyone seen Le Donk & Scor-Zay-Zee? What did you make of it?
