  1. If he fights again, I don't think Mayweather Snr will be in his corner. Rumours were rife prior to the Pac fight, that the pair had fallen out. Apprently Mayweather Snr was turning up late for training sessions etc. I watched Hatton/Pac 24/7 before the fight, and in one Mayweather Snr made himself late for a training session because he stopped off at Taco Bell. Ricky wasn't happy.
  2. Junior Witter would appriciate it after calling him out for years. Him/Khan would sell out the CoMS but it'd only last about 2 rounds again Both not great fights but what do you expect after that beating. ****, he could even give Paulie a rematch seeing as he's got a competent trainer now :winkold: Malignaggi is shit. No good being as quick as lightening if you can't throw a decent punch. Powderpuff. Hatton destroyed him. I don't think Hatton should lower himself to getting in the ring with Junior Witter or Amir Khan either, both crap, really not worth it. Hatton's already proved he can beat fighters of Witter/Khan's level and better, it's just the step up against the world class fighters like Mayweather/Pacquiao he's struggled with. Actually, it would be nice to see Hatton beat the shit out of Junior Witter, gobby ****. Retire Ricky.
  3. I'd like to see him fight again, over here, as a thanks to all fans, especially those that have travelled to the states to watch him against Mayweather/Malignaggi/Pacquiao. But is it really worth it? He's made his money, and he's not the Ricky Hatton he was, and who's going to fight him? Maybe it would be better to call it a day.
  4. Thats what Mayweather Snr has tried to get him doing more, moving his head, but I suppose the gameplan went out of the window when he got flawed in the first round. After that, Hatton just wanted to batter him and go back to being his normal aggressive self, coming forward, but Pacquiao's punches were just raining down on him. It was like watching Mayweather/Hatton all over again, but he managed to hold on for longer then. Really was a gulf in class.
  5. Suprised as to how good Pacquiao was, thought Hatton's power was going to see him through. He couldn't get anywhere near Pacquiao, everytime he went in, he was just getting battered. Pacquiao/Mayweather would be brilliant. Sad to see, because he's a good boxer, and fair play to him for taking these big fights against Mayweather and Pacquiao where he's been the massive underdog. He falls just short of world class status. Everytime he's gone to the states to take on a real world class fighter, he's been found wanting.
  6. It's now official, Floyd Mayweather Jnr is to come out of retirement and fight Marquez. Winner to fight winner of Hatton/Pacquiao at the end of the year. Shane Mosley also wants the winner of Hatton/Pacquiao.
  7. Don't we all. Now someone has just confirmed when you pay for the fight on Box Office, the early morning replays are included, I might just watch it tomorrow instead. Depends. If you're on Sky, then yes. If you're on VM, last thing I knew ex-ntl areas got the replays, ex-telewest didn't. Sky Digital.

  9. Another question, i've paid for the fight on Sky Box Office PPV, does this include replays of the fight in the morning?
  10. Would the fight be at breakfast then If he wants a roof would need to go to Cardiff but totally agree he should fight here and he should fight at Old Trafford but obviously for him a bit difficult being a City fan. If he lost tonight he still has some value left but I think it would be the beginning of the end for him Early afternoon then. It would probably have to be somewhere with a roof as no doubt the yank promoters would use it as an excuse to have any fight (subject to Hatton beating Pacquiao) in the US instead. Anywhere in the UK would be good, means Hatton's army of fans wouldn't have to travel half way around the world to see him/stay up till the early hours to watch the fight on the box. It would be a nice thankyou to his fans.
  11. Would be nice if he beats Pacquiao, that he has his next fight over here to say thanks to all his fans, especially those than follow him everywhere. The yanks can stay up to the small hours for once! He beats Pacquiao, he's in the driving seat, fight should be on his terms, one those being that the fight is at Wembley. It's got a roof, no need to worry about the weather, and it's massive, room for plenty of fans.
  12. I hear the undercard for this fight is shit, a load of complete miss matches. Fingers crossed all that bollocks will be out of the way quick to make way for the main event. Could do without this starting at 5am! Come on the Hitman!!!
  13. Fingers crossed you get **** battered at the Emirates. You're lucky Arshavin isn't going to be playing, because given their current form in the league, they'd probably tear you another arsehole.
  14. The Doves The Last Broadcast and Some Cities, both top albums. Not hand chance to listen to Kingdom of Rust yet. Pounding of their first album is my favourite track they've done.
  15. Yes. No question. Really something you should be aksing this time next year.
  16. First album was good, second wasn't the best.
  17. Go to BBC Sport, look at Martin Johnson's reaction to the Danny Care sinbin. It show's him in the crowd when he gets shown a yellow, goes mental and punches something in front of him!
