  1. we started putting troops on the ground as part of operation enduring freedom in 2006 ... I think your letting your vierws cloud your judgement here a little That's a good reply but explain why the slimy word removed turned up at Westminster then ? The day he took office he could have flown every single one of them home, he didn't so he has a hand in every single injury and death since that point. Cloud free zone here. How's the pea soup
  2. Given the obvious links to Paedophile cover ups by the Tories in the 80's they have and are doing a lot worse. Cameron goes to Westminster to celebrate the armed forces in Afghanistan, men and women sent by him to have there legs blown off or worse. These people then come back home and compete in marathons or charity work with body parts missing ffs, Dave can't even get the guts or courage to stand up and talk about his policies he has planned for a few hours on TV on his own legs because it's just not quite how he and his little party wants it. Shame Cyril was not still about, maybe dave could use him as a big sofa and talk about Police cover ups under maggie's tory Britain. People still vote for them, they do I am sure.
  3. Wasn't it the Tories who ignored the dossier compiled on alleged sexual abuse? Weren't the houses of Leon Brittan and Harvey Proctor recently searched? Did Savile and Thatcher not have quite a close friendship? Invites to Chequers, spending time with the Thatcher family? Could be why Cameron is skipping the live debates, either he knows he will look like a muppet losing to little ed or he knows when yewtree are going to be calling the Tory MP's / Lord's houses. It's one of the 2 but someone like Cameron must know who's guilty in his little party, he just can't tell the Police as they put him where he is now.
  4. It's because they don't dare admit the privatisation of public services has mostly failed the folks they were intended to serve. Not all Tories are nonce's, not all.
  5. What about the health costs in NL? That's included in the UK tax but NL make you have private health cover insurance thingy. It's quite expensive these days and it keeps going up every year. Also, the costs of public transport in NL are very expensive BUT the service is very good. Costs about the same as running a car if I went to work on public transport though but I suppose you get what you pay for. I pay well over €1500 per month income tax but I would never live anywhere else tbh.
  6. Hannibal is better than Dexter IMO and I loved Dexter.
  7. Greens and UKIP ... Ed will presumably change once he finds out if there are votes in it or not Tempting as it sounds i still couldn't bring myself to be a kipper. There was an interview with the Green leader on TV yesterday, they are basically insane. Open borders and its OK to be in ISIS, no Armed forces to speak of either but the best one is to change some military sectors to produce things like windmills etc.
  8. Slow laptop / slow internet ? The updates never take that long unless a new install.
  9. Love the film The film has become an all time classic. The ending is beautifully ambiguous, it was the ending the film deserved. Bit worried the series might toy with my memory of that. Maybe go back in time and change the past so its possible for you to watch ? It is good how the series deals with time, the grandfather paradox route was not taken(like in Back to the future). Instead it's the other way where it continues from a certain point in time which is better imo. Really good so far. I will watch the film again at the end of the series.
  10. 12 Monkeys is looking super. Watched the 1st episode last night, really good and looks like it cost a few quid. (8.1 IMDB) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3148266/?ref_=nv_sr_2
  11. I fear that it would come out at about 30%. I fear that it would come out at about 80%! Do a small poll maybe on here just to see ?
  12. In combination with lots of practice and maybe watch some French kids programmes as well with subtitles is always helpful. (I watch kids programmes on Dutch TV with my granddaughter and it seems to improve my Dutch as I go along as she says the words and I do)
  13. Anyone from any party would be better than David Cameron so that kind of blows that sentence apart. Stupid to think any other way.
  14. Quite right there I think, the Liverpool management know we can't score and the crowd is well, not that happy. They will just keep the ball for the first 20, get the crowd frustrated and then win from there. I am and always will be of the believe that the crowd down the Villa can impact the game to a certain extent. I was there when Collymore destroyed the scouse scum.
  15. Anyone seen Forever ? On about episode 10 or 11 of 1st series. It's really good. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3487382/
  16. Whats the crack with that then? Is that par for the course in the Orthodox press. short version is I think it's orthodox Jews being clearings in the woods in the name of religion ..... Wait....religious extremists being dicks? Surely not. Well 95% dicks...
  17. Best post in the thread, by a short head I like your ideas and I truly think this is the way forward. Start it slow but make it so admitting you believe in 1 of the gods should be looked on the same as Drink Driving for example. Don't forget, it's the damage done to others when religion is passed from 1 idiot to the next and so on. You make you kids fight for a religion that you have told them about is one rung below Jimmy Saville but a rung higher than David Cameron. Never forget it is all made up, collect the books and clean the internet of any trace of 1 religion, get all the followers and put them all on an island for 100 years without communication out and that religion does not and never will exist again. It's not like one the the gods will go "Oh **** it, I am packing it in, lack of interest." Satire and piss taking is a start though. Ricky Gervais to present "Songs of Praise" is a good start.
  18. I have turned a washing machine on but never loaded one and set it up for processing so to speak. I am a demon at loading the dishwasher though, that's my job in the house. Not reached the level I need to unload but working on it. Dark Arts. (In my defence I bought my mrs a brand new kitchen, fitted next week )
  19. ADHD sorts that all out for me. I think it's impossible for me to be genuinely bored. I could play Ps4 / PC for a very long time.
  20. It's not really any of the above, it's a shared idea/ shared misconception that's all. The fact that it's nonsense is not relevant but that's important to help it spread (facts are not needed for example when talking about one of the Gods), it's impossible to offend an idea as far as I know. It is not a real thing so if millions are offended by a cartoon, this is not a tangible thing but a fault within those people who subscribe to the nonsense. If all followers of one religion die overnight, so does the religion, it will never exist again. We talk about it like it's a "thing", it exists in there heads only and for that I feel sorrow and pity for them all.
  21. I thought Homeland was 3rd series = last.
  22. http://projectfreetv.be/ is a useful place for TV shows if you can't get a Stream service. Hope this helps
  23. On the box it says it's a 1:1 prop model. I don't think so. It takes a lot more than glue to bring it all together. This model (see link) is going for sale soon to a cinema hopefully for the build up of the film. Model costs 400 pounds + paint + leds + fibre optic + TIME = A lot more than € 900 http://www.corellianscalemodels.com/millennium-falcon.html Currently making a nice big X-wing with lights and stuff.
