  1. I love TV, especially series. I will watch most things but Game of Thrones is just not my thing, I just don't get it. I watched a few episodes and maybe I need to give it more but I doubt I ever will.
  2. I think it's just the whole environment, look n feel for that particular movie. The colour pallete and physics also change per film I guess.
  3. I enjoyed it also an easy 8/10 for me, it would have been a 9 but the bit where they try to catch him at the end was a bit stupid.
  4. My Mrs had a hospital appointment today, I was going to give her a lift half way, alarm set to 6.10 am. Mrs gives me a nudge and says get up, I go shower and get dressed. About to leave bathroom...... "back to bed, I dreamed the alarm had gone off" .....time check 1:55am. (I can't read the alarm without my glasses, I guess she was a bit stressed about being late) Pretty funny though :-)
  5. Watching "Crossing lines" at the moment. It has Donald Sutherland in it and it is a cross Europe elite Police squad. Quite enjoyable and it moves from Capital to Capital in Europe a lot. Pretty good so far. On Netflix.
  6. Agreed. I thought it was an awesome film and I really enjoyed it. 9/10 from me also.
  7. This is not a PFE but I am being totally honest here, in some of the games we are no better than any Championship team and at times (rare but exists) if you take your Villa glasses off there have been times where we are no better than a pub team. In our current form and given that teams such as small heath and basically anyone in the Championship, going to Villa Park is basically Wembley for them, we will get destroyed. The team that got us relegated last time, pound for pound would dance all over the current squad IMO.
  8. 100% genuine, it was and still is the best thing that ever happened to me (apart from the wife obviously) She is almost 3 and is staying at my house tonight. They don't really do the 25th in Holland so she is not expecting any presents. She has a new bike, ambulance, police car, fire engine, books, clothes, presents from mom and dad, brother in brum, doctors set (Like little stethoscope and stuff), and marble track type thing. I am going to wrap it all up after work. I am so excited it's not normal. I plan to do the, leave a mince pie and milk out and all that as well with her, it's going to be awesome cus she has no clue :-)
  9. I have just started playing chess again after 20 odd years. It's amaxing how your brain can recall things such as tactics etc from long ago.
  10. 5/1 seems very low to me. Surely that should be 50/1 if we are 1/10 to go down.
  11. You did bring in your favorite toy though so it's not all bad. #kerplunked
  12. Russian relatives paying you a visit ? Careful, I had the Chestycoughs over last xmas for a week, not good. They drink all the vodka.
  13. Can't buy Matchmakers in Holland, I love the box design, in that there is always the slim possibility that you have not open or attacked the other section. This is all irrelevant if you are in fact the foreman of a small Matchmaking business and said business has a workforce comprised totals of Height challenged people. The "crack open the Matchmakers" is I presume a reference to the small box that you keep the mentioned small people contained. I feel this box could also be designed as an egg type structure, further strengthening my believe that you only produce matches just before xmas. This is logical given the increased need for sulfur based products and services obviously increases at the festive time of the year. Good luck and be careful with all the shavings.
  14. I get fantastic streams over here for the games but it has been painful to watch.
  15. Super wise words there I think, I am just gutted becasue as I said, I have given it all a good go at the same time work is super stressy + I found out last week the office is moving so instead of 50 mins a day travel I need to go Public transport and at least 2 Hr 10 mins per day travel (My mrs works 250 meters away on her bike ffs). I will take your advice and keep calm and have a proper chat as this could go out of control very quickly, especially over xmas. I will let you know.
  16. At the xmas party for work the new receptionist was there, when were you born I ask "1994" she says !! I left school in 1986.
  17. Had my parents over for a week which was super, if a little tiring. (Was babysitting Granddaughter at the same time a few of the nights. I have been working long hours latley and doing my bit with all things dogs, cats, babysitting, hoovering and doing all the rubbish bags etc + dishwasher load / unload + loads of things. Basically, I was at the point yesterday once my parents had flown back to Brum, what is the point of it all. The catalyst for this is that on Saturday night my mom and wife were talking:- Mom:- "So does Neil do anything around the house ?" Wife:- "Nope, nothing really." Now, I have consciously made a real effort lately with this + Done a bit of DIY around the house, putting up lights etc + I work 40 hours a week and my mrs works 18 hours a week. Apart from the fact that I start work at 7.30 am, earn 3.5 times what she earns and I basically pay for the house / car and holidays I am a little **** off with it all. I don't want a medal but currently I see no real reason to contribute anymore if it is ignored. I might tell her, with all the insurances we have all I have to do is die and you are sorted for life.
  18. I think before this happens it goes really, really big. Like bigger than can fit in a draw under a bed or in the back of an estate car . It then goes really small and goes mental because the little marble fellas of hotness do not have a big place to bounce so they bounce of the walls more as they completely lose all grip on the hotness, it can fit in a glove box or in one of those handy rucksack things and then it goes super cold. Brrrrr. Yes that cold. Scale might be out a little. I am not a teacher.
  19. Oh FFS, just seen it. Yes, it's a big tree where I am sure there are goblins stashing their cash.
  20. What does a tree mean, is that good ?
  21. Why the **** don't dishwashers have a smaller bit in the cutlery part from small spoons? They all get stuck in the gaps of said cutlery plastic bit. (Unloading and loading the dishwasher are the most tangible and largest contributions to the smooth running of my house I do) I think this is the first time I have ever written "cutlery" also.
  22. Fallout 4 (PS4) Steering wheel + peddles (PS4) Metal Detector (I live 100m from a very big beech and sand dunes and stuff) Car Stereo (Stereo hmmm, this can't still be the correct word can it?) Tickets to see New Star Wars. I am in my early 40's :-)
  23. So in the last 200 years the deaths from British killing British people is more than all the dead we have killed during all the wars in that time, 1st WW , 2nd WW, Iraq, Falklands etc.. Same for Russia ? Who lost over 25 Million civilians in one war ? Same for Monaco ? Same for Japan ? (Re: WW II end game specifically) Are you 100% sure about that ?
