I'll be the first to admit I didn't even know Guzan came on at HT, I thought Friedel played the whole game. Though I was in the Holte and they look the same from a distance!

Agree with everything Dimitri, including the subs. Would start Delph over Sidwell though, I'm sure he'll be full of confidence after his performance agaist Fiorentina.

Thing with Delph is that is doesn't matter if he aint any good. We've got quite a few players other than him that can play CM, but like you say, at CB if Clark isn't good enough, he is currently the next man in line if a CB goes down. Scary.

Saw you at the game today Rob, with your lad. Liking the name of the back of the shirt. Friedel - 8 - Did what was asked, one great save. Lichaj - 6 - Looks shaky, turned over too easy. Cuellar - 8 - Solid game, again. Clark - 7.5 - Didn't look out of place at all. Shorey - 7.5 - Some good passes, didn't get beat often. Milner - 9 - His year I reckon, absoloute class today. Gardner - 7 - Solid enough, nothing special.. except his shot! Delph - 9 - Fantastic. Champions League team had to resort to fouling him. Young - 7 - Went down a bit too easy, average by his standards. Gabby - 7 - Worked hard, beat defenders to the ball most the time. Heskey - 7.5 - Won alot of headers, lead the line well, nicely taken goal. Lowry - Not enough time. Davies - 7.5 - Solid enough, nothing great/bad. Albrighton - 8 - Owned the full back over and over and over. Reo-Coker - 7 - Won the ball back and ran well, needs to release it earlier. Sidwell - 7 - Got stuck in today, which he sometimes doesn't, okay half. Delfouneso - 7.5 - Played pretty well, had a few good efforts on goal, linked up well with the midfield. Carew - 6 - Poor game from Big John, either went down or lost the ball.

Mental money, but I'd rather pay it than not have him. He's clutch. I have no doubt we'll get to at least 1 more Super Bowl with him.

Bioshock any good? I remember seeing tonnes of adverst for it when it came out, but I never had a 360 back then. It's very, very good. One of the best atmospheres in a game I've ever come across. I also quite enjoyed aspects of the storyline as it deals with Objectivism which has political philosophical ramifications. It does have a couple of flaws, one of which takes a little of the games appeal away, once you notice it. Thoroughly recommended though. Cheers. Think I'll put it on my list and give it a rent sometime to see what I think then.

He really has. If Ashley had been putting in these performances we'd be happy, but when it's a youth player doing it, against very strong opposition, he can't be half bad. I'd like to see more of these kids in the League Cup or something next season, they've shown they're worthy.

Great about Nicks, I was getting a little worried, would have been terrible if it dragged on into pre-season. His contract doesn't seem that big considering he was a 1st round pick either.
