Been there quite a few times and love the place. The people, in general are nice enough, but they seem to be very blind to the rest of the World. Whenever I've gone there, they either think people from England don't speak English or they think I'm a moron, they really don't seem to grasp the idea that I'm just a normal person and can understand them quite easily, if anything they will struggle to understand me. Oh, this is after the "So where are you from, Ireland" comments I ALWAYS get. Only been to 4 of the states, so can't really speak for the whole country. As for the options I'd have to go with.. "Like America" Very nice place, nice people.

Martin jol. He didn't break the top 4 either, so can't see the point in him. Stay for sure, he's done nothing but progress since he joined, why would we want to get rid of that? He is entitled to have a poor season after what he's done, but he still aint yet. No-one better available anyways.

Be a bit disappointed if Warnock starts this one. Shorey has done nothing to lose his place in the last 3 games, been very impressed with him. Not right when a player loses out for no good reason. Keep him in there, Warnock can always come on on the left wing and give Ash a more central role if need be.

7/10. Have a part time job, but living at home means I don't have any bills to pay, just my parents. A better job would be nice, as would a girlfriend. I think getting my own place at some point would be very nice, but I think that's a few years off yet until I can get a decent job. Everything else is pretty good though.

So, we were unlucky to go out, but they had 3 open goal misses? Humm Er... yes. And? We battered them for the majority of the game and could have scored plenty more goals. We were very, very unlucky to go out. But this is the way of football.

I haven't read much of this thread yet, so I won't jump to any conclusions of what other supporters have said. I thought we really did play well tonight. Tonnes of chasing the ball down, even when we were 2-0, I can't think of anyone that played poorly. Petrov, Delph, Beye and Heskey were average but I thought the others were really good. I will mention SHoreys name as I thought he was superb tonight, not sure if the signing of Warnock had anything to do with it, but very impressive. Again. We were very unlucky to go out, especially to such a poor side. If anything, their inability to shoot helped them, our players just couldn't predict where anything was going to end up, neither could their players, 3 oen goal misses, one eventually went in. Great effort from the lads, happy with the way the supporters reacted at the end as well, the majority didn't let the overall result distort their view of what was a very good performance overall.

Play mostly starters in this, except maybe swap the Friedel for Guzan. We need this win and the confidence in the first team will be very high.

I wouldn't say they really dominated at all. First half they were no better than us, second half we just defended incredibly and let them play in front of us. 100% penalty, Gerrard just took NRC out, no complaints from the Liverpool fans/players either. I wouldn't say we were lucky by any means.
