Problem I see is that we have actually done okay considering reforming the squad, stability from the younger players, etc. Certainly cut the wage bill, and, despite injuries to some of our biggest assets, we have managed to present a competitive team week in week out ( almost).
Downside to this is that the manager will be given another few years to consolidate and build upon that, whereby most people doubt the guy`s ability beyond what he has done so far. Being involved with managers who have relegation experience is always a bit of a dubious association. That with the Blues was really forgivable, as the club was in turmoil, whereby the way things have gone here is not encouraging at all.
