For someone who is so considered he has wasted an annoyign amount of money on players I don't think he even rated himself; he just couldn't find anyone better.

Both of those have looked poor when I've noticed them tbh, but have a great rep in Italy.

Fact? Its not fact at all its your opinion! How do you know that MON's limited transfer confidence will do any better with that money? Good players do it season on season do they, well its interesting how he moved into the centre and did it, before we can see if he can do it season on season we ship him out. Milner is not worth 30mill not in the slightest, but he is very important to Villa. Its debatable not fact that we can use that money to replace him. MON brought Milner for £12m, shifted him to the centre and now he is being touted around for a possible £25-30m transfer. If MON can do that with Milner than he can do it with others. Milner is not worth anything over £20m IMO so to get an extra £10m on his top line value is a very nice bonus. Milner did not play well in every game this season, that is FACT. Milner can disappear in games, that also is FACT Jez. Here's a suggestion that won't ever happen. Miloš Krasić I reckon we could get him for £8m pre-WC, be a good player to have off Gabby. I don't think we're going to get this 'goal machine' everyone wants (quite rightly, as we do need one). This fella would allow us to play a bit more football through the middle, or could go on the right and let Downing do whatever it is he does somewhere else, centre mid or reserves.

Heskey is on 65k a week Milner is on 55k I'm not 100% but I think Ash Young is on about 60k a week.

Main problem is I don't trust Martin to replace him. Or build in positions where we need it.

Well done Spurs. Where they went and beat Arsenal and Chelsea at Home when it mattered, we played like a League 2 team against Sunderland and Wolves. It's our own fault.

It isn't games like this that will cost us come the end of the season. It's putting in similar performances at home v Sunderland and Wolves. Only thing that can save us is other teams failing and our players all dabbling in some speed up before every game.

We're **** if Spurs get it. Then them, City and Liverpool will all be well ahead of us. Though the effect it could have on Liverpool's team may see them drop below us.

I thought up until their 3rd our performance was miles better than Wolves and Sunderland games. Even then afterwards we still got forward a few times. It was the defence and the organisation of central midfield.

Delf done more in 15 mins that Heskey has in 4 games. How long has he been playing like this in training? Bollocks that it's taken injuries for him to get a go.

What could happen today for MON to bring on Beye or Salifou on? What is the point? Surely Weimann or Albrighton should be there.
