    Can't believe Collins has so few votes, he was fantastic tonight. One of the very very few times Dunne has not been our best defender.

    Not a dominating performance but a battling one. Loved Milner having a go at Sidwell for his shot at the end, not to be a dick, but to emphasise how much we needed the win. Sidwell shot and Milner still made sure he got his point across after the final whistle.     I'd go Fried Young Cuellar Dunne Warnock Albrighton Delph Petrov Milner Young Agbag --- Team will be same that couldn't do anything against Stoke with Agbag maybe coming in for Carew.

    Poor first half. Better second, but were helped by Reading's belief they had us beat rather than brilliant play. Downing better be unreal next season once he's had this miraculous 'pre-season' that will suddenly make him a world beater. Good cross for second but nothing all game.     Hard to define as each season could have really different circumstances. We could have lost Dunne and Gabby in pre-season, and then you could have argued top 7 is a very good season.

    Never thought we were in too much trouble. Their first was a good goal but they didn't have many chances overall. Ash and Milner good I thought. Downing awful before his first that I think he scuffed. Then he improved and you see the confidence in him. Still not happy at all with Cuellar at RB, he should be moved into the centre and Collins should be on the bench. That team will start final.

    Really really really want to see Cuellar and Delph in for Collins and Downing. Can't see MON not playing Heskey if he is "fit"...before he goes off for his little rub down when there's nothing wrong with him.

    When did he last have a good game? Never fit. Doesn't do a lot most games but is likely to nick a goal. Heskey doesn't do a lot most games but is excused from missing sitters constantly because he's not a goalscorer...and yet is a Premier League striker :?

    They dominated the game. Both teams used long ball, they had Crouch who won loads of knockdowns, we had...Carew/Heskey flciking it to no one. We put together about 3 passing moves all game, won a corner from a good bit of play, and had a good chance in the 90th when ball broke to Ash. L.Young below his excellent standards, Downing awful.

    Ferguson's goal yesterday was fantastic. Not 100% McFadden meant the touch but he did look like he was trying to guide it there. One win away from us atm.

    Poll options don't provide real options to the question. Not sure he's quite got what it takes to be a Gerrard. Yard and half of pace behind Gerrard. Loads to do yet.

    Collins off young on. As it should have been from the start. As it should have been on Saturday. Milner and Petrov need to start getting on the ball. Downing needs to do something or please just go away and we'll play Albrighton. Still need a goal.

    Wrong team. All part of the plan to eventually drop Cuellar. He'll be dropped when he has a bad game at RB (if thrusday wasnt enough!). He should be in the middle with coookiemonster at the very least. Young is the best RB in our squad by a mile. We now have 2 RBs on bench....silly.
