Fitness has been a major problem in the last few years. Hope he works closely with the medical staff bringing people back from injuries in such a way that they don't continually get re-injured. I'm really pleased with this addition. Welcome, Max!!

I would love this, but for a really stupid reason. Norwood was the lynchpin in my Football Manager 2011 long term save with Maidenhead United. He was my captain as we rose from non-league obscurity all the way to the Premier League. I've picked him up in a few subsequent FM games and he's always a bit of a lucky charm for me. I have seen him play in a few matches (cup games mostly) and from what I've seen, he's not much different to Westwood, same style of player -- good passer, decent ability to read the game, doesn't really get stuck in, seems anonymous sometimes. One difference though is that he's excellent at free kicks and corners.

I don't think I ever saw him play. His one or two appearances must have come during the time in the season when I was (thankfully) too busy to catch any of our matches.

I think he's a good little player, but I don't think he's the right fit for us.

He's actually quite pacey, or he was before his knee injury, which has been giving him recurring troubles since it first happened. I think that's more to do with his spells out of the team than anything else. If he can get 100% fit and stay that way I still think he's our best defender. He has kind of a round face which is what I think gives him the appearance of being overweight. I think the same about Mario Goetze, his face looks like Augustus Gloop but he's by no means overweight. Just chubby-cheeked.
