1st season I finished 9th, 2nd season I finished in 13th and then my 3rd.. In the end, Carlos Sanchez ended up losing me the title. 4 games of the season to go, I'm beating Man City (This would have put me level on points with Chelsea before I even played them), he then decides to get sent off and Aguero scores twice against me in the last 5 minutes. I end up winning the rest of my games but unfortunately for me Chelsea never messed up

Best performance from him so far, played very well.

I thought he was decent in the first half, despite missing that chance. Then he was absolutely useless after that.

For me, the best performance I've seen from a Villa player in a while. He was that good in my opinion. Played some superb balls and his link up play was top notch. Has to be a starter as long as he's fit, him linking up with Benteke could really be good for us.

Unbeaten in 3 games, I don't think anyone can stop us now. We really should have won that. Probably one of the best performances from a Villa player I've seen in a little while from Cole, I really thought he was that good. Should be a starter. Him and Benteke could really cause problems for teams. It's just annoying that we always seem to sit back once going a goal ahead, it's costing us. Despite the result it was a decent performance, we really need to beat Palace on Tuesday though.

Really is just a poor/average player in my opinion. I don't rate his finishing anyway but he should have scored. Honestly don't think he'd contribute much if he was even played down the middle.

Well, it took a little longer than I expected but its great to see Okore in the starting 11 again. Shame he's partnered with Clark though..

Looking at teams in the top half of the table, I could easily see him get into the Newcastle, Stoke and Swansea teams.

I thought he was great today. I think when some people give him stick they need to realise he's only started 4 games or so. As the season goes on I'm sure he's going to become an important player for us.

At least we've stopped the run of defeats, however we were really poor. Sanchez was great I thought, Guzan MOTM just for the save at the end.

He wasn't that good against Spurs, other than the assist I can't recall him doing anything that made him seem so good. Not expecting much from him again on Saturday.

I didn't even realise Mason nudged him in the back along with shoving his head in Christians face. Not saying he should have done it but I understand why Benteke reacted like that.

Both teams defending has been poor so I'm expecting more goals. I've been really impressed with Benteke so far, unlucky not to score.

I don't get it, Lambert brings Benteke back pretty much straight away after his injury. Okore played a fair bit in pre season and he's played in U21 games, surely he isn't that far away?
