League cup 2nd round against a lower league side and we're up 3-0 at half time with the game pretty much wrapped up. Makes a change, love it. I really hope Ramsey or Archer get 30 minutes or so, would be good to see.

A picture which perfectly sums up how much of an influence Jack is. The way he draws opponents onto him and creates space for teammates is second to none and a big reason McGinn is able to flourish next to him. -
I'd like us to go for it and I expect Smith will, need to keep the momentum. I can't be done with another early exit to a lower league side also.

I'd like him to be a bit more selfish at times. Found the moment I was on about yesterday He's in a fantastic position but unfortunately tries to lay it off to Trezeguet. I just think go for it, be selfish. The one side of his game that I think lets him down at times. -
A Tammy goal from outside the box, it's a miracle. Really pleased for him.

Apart from the moment he was in the box and he should've had a shot, I thought he played well -
Wow I completely forgot he was down injured in the warm up as well. Playing like that when probably not even 100% fit? Too easy for him.

Not at his best in the first couple games but I have such a soft spot for El Ghazi, so pleased he come off the bench and scored. Loved his celebration running off kissing the badge. What a bloke

I absolutely LOVED him punching the air when he made that block. What a superb player.

Chuffed for him. He was just incredible tonight, dominated the Everton CB's. Superb hold up play and bringing others into the game. More of the same please

Again he really didn't do much wrong at all defensively but his attacking game makes my eyes bleed. His cross that went over everyone summed it up. Just like Elmo done nothing wrong but Guilbert got his chance tonight and proved how good he can be. I'm not trying to single Taylor out and if he plays next week that's fine, I just think Targett would be a real plus in an attacking sense.

That's the pre season Jota. So good tonight, his pass for Wesley was just sublime. I mentioned in the Guilbert thread that him and Jota have good chemistry but there's also a great bond with Jota and Wesley, the goal tonight was so similar to the Walsall one with the ball played through. Super performance.
