Not having a go at the lad. Just saying that ,if he is putting in a shift into training,and still not getting into the first team ,then obviously that's not enough. I agree footballers are human beings,but some more professional than others

But surely shouldn't a 20-something year old ,who isn't in the starting eleven for the football team that pays his wages,be better off putting in extra time on the training pitch
