At what point does it become counter productive starting Tammy ahead of strikers we own? Whilst theirs a sniff of top 6 then he’s got to play, but surely when we’ve given up on it, we’ve got to try and get Hogan, Kodjia and Kienan Davis some game time?

I really hope the links to Isaac Hayden are correct. He’d be perfect in centre midfield with McGinn and Grealish. Decent window so far, Steer and Kalinic have sorted the GK issue. Elphick and Haus give us 4 good championship centre backs. Keeping Abraham (hopefully) would be a master stroke. Hayden and a LB and we’re set IMO. -
The next 6 are very winnable. Do that, and the league is very different!!

For those who followed the new manager thread, you’ll see I called this down to the day of the announcement - lumped on at 12-1 so very happy right now! If only I’d have lumped on at 100-1 a couple of days ago! #ITK (for once!)

Brendan Rogers hasn’t done a particularly good job of ruling himself out of the job which means he could well be interested! He’d 100% be my choice if we can get him!

I’m not one to proclaim to be in the know but I was told today by a friend of Dean Smith that it’ll all be signed by Wednesday. I was told to lump on so that’s what I’ve done at 12/1 - time will tell if I’ve been had!

Elmo and Adomah as the wingers?!?! What’s wrong with Bolasie, El Ghazi and Kodjia?

Brendan Rogers would be my ultimate choice but realistically I’d be happy with Dean smith.

This seems to be his first choice back 4 - not a fan myself!

Never rated him particularly - Bolasie, AEG and Kodjia (If Abraham is coming as striker) ahead of him on the flanks, Elmo will play there too - makes sense for him to go.

Best signing of the summer if true, means Kodjia will come in off the left which potentially explains why we’re letting Adomah go.
