I think its more the worrying manor of the defeat more than just simply a defeat. Also not sure Purslow and the owners will be too keen to accept 12th after all the money spent tbf.

I hate the formation generally anyway and i dont think saying "we were winning at one point!" is a great argument for it. I dont think we have the players for it and our squad is much more suited to a conventional formation imo.

Unfortunately i don't think it'll last, i think he's too good for that and will eventually show his class. That said i can only hope hes an utter flop. Still very fond of Jack the player but just cant wish any good on his time at City. -
Ahh reading more into this its backed by an american bank with 4 american PL club owners becoming chairmen, kind of makes sense really. They want what they have in america, a competition less league with no consequences.

Absolutely not, im sure a small percentage take pride in playing for their country but a lot wouldnt give two shits if it meant them earning 300k a week in some super league. Look at the cricketers who do the exact same thing. They can go and make 10 years worth of central contracts in 1 year in the IPL.

There will be no action against them if the proposal fails lets be honest, like the last one it will go quiet and then rumblings will happen again in a year or two. Neville is right though, deduct any club that has signed up for it and show without hesitation that there will be severe punishment for these discussions in future.

Confidence is such a mad thing, for over a year now roughly hes looked like such an average at best squad player and now hes worked his way into a place where he has to start. Happy to give praise when it is due hes been excellent for the past few games.

Not interested in arguing against your point since nobody is saying the opposite as far as i can see so ill let you argue that one with yourself. Trez has and will be ahead of him when available theres no doubt about that.

Trez/Grealish on either side is still going to be the starting choice. Theres no way he should be ahead of those two.

Basically they thought they were becoming the new Man City and now its collapsed they are losing their shit. I sympathise with them having a shit owner as im sure most Villa fans do, its frustrating when youre being run into the ground by morons but they way they have acted since it collapsed has been embarrassing. The guy on skysports news yesterday from some NUFC podcast i believe was absolutely embarrassing, im sure he was talking about NUFC fans mental health because of it. Come on man. -
