When we had wingers and weren't more fragile than a guy on suicide watch. Formation doesn't suit bent at all and people will moan when does nothing.

As ash says pay championship/league 1 wages and thats what you get, cant see anything but championship next season.

The argument is not that he should use every penny on villa, hes only been loaning it to us anyway so why not put in a few quid for 1 or 2 signings and try and stay up to receive the record tv money coming in next year? Theres no way lambert will survive with this team, absolutely none. We'll just be another reasonably big club in the championship like forest and leeds thinking we've got some god given right to be in the premierleague even though were only willing to buy league 1 players. The argument that because we want a few new players we are automatically asking him to give all his money and live on the streets is just laughable.

My thoughts on lambert is that basically he was never ready for such a big job, its alright when you've got a squad used to winning in the lower leagues and then they come up and their squad harmony and no fear keeps them up. We haven't had any of that for years, how many pl games have we won since mon left? Can't be more than about 20. His poor signings and stubbornness with the seniors haven't helped and to be honest i just think he is so far out of his depth its untrue and im sure even he has realised it. You can see the the difference in body language.

None of it makes sense, were clearly in need of players yet lerner wont supply them because of the cost now the cost of relegation ill far outway the cost of 2-3 players. The guy does not know how to run a sports club all the evidence (a decade of it) proves that point to be true. We arent going anywhere with him in charge just ask the browns fans because there are star similarities.

So disappointing that when he finally does break his silence he doesn't really say anything, becoming increasingly annoyed at his running of the club if im honest. Can't be a coincidence that since hes started hiring people (If its true that mon was lined up before he came) we've been gradually getting worse every year.
