Might be, but from our standpoint atm we have to give credit where it is due. He has given us a lot these last couple of games and he might be a vital player in the future. He has delivered where a lot of others have failed to be honest. Still, it`s not enough yet and he has more to show off himself before we can say it was a good investment. Right now it looks like a good, let`s hope he can keep it up. His goal today must have given him a lot of confidence for sure.

Hm, did not notice that. Would not suprise me though, everything so far points to him moving away really. Honestly, if we were to get over 20 million then I would satisfied if that got reinvested, mind you in something that can strengthen us. I would however be pissed off if our summer budget would totally rely on the money from him and nothing else. He is really lethal against goals but he does really come off as poor unless he is close to the goal at times. Several times this season he has lost the ball and not given a proper fight at times. Dunno, maybe I am grasping because he has been a savior this season. Though, I gotta say if he goes to city there is a hugh chance that his career might go down the toilet for some time.

Yeah, he really saved us on that one, but to be honest I did not pay much attention to him today. Things changed a little bit when he came on so I guess it was mostly positive.

Yeah I doubt becchio will become someone who will put in a lot of goals for norwich. He was pretty good for leeds but then again he is not 20 and that was championship. I don`t think he has what it takes on this level.

Maybe not the right match for bowery today, but I do think he showed glimpses of what he can become today. For the most part he got it right today, no complaints for me. Did mostly what I would have done this match, so thumbs up. Imagine if it was holman starting on the right there, oh god.

Well deserved to get a win today. I am not so sure anymore, I think we have showed that we have more than what it takes to stay up as long as we can keep the fight on for 90 minutes. If we do then we are better than teams like wigan, qpr, reading, norwich

Don`t think that was a dive at all. Looked good but there was to little of him. Would like to see him more on the field, who knows he might be good enough. It`s not like we are overwhelmed with good players here so I am not picky.

Loved it, they really put in a great performance today and it showed. Yes it was a weak first half but we were the better team. N`Zogbia shows once again how much of an important player he can be for us and I am really glad he got his goal today. It had been coming for the last couple of games and it was a pure joy to see that one go in. Totally unexpected, and it was the exact thing we needed at that time. Baker played like a champ today, really liked him as an LB today, but anything would be better than bennett really. Benteke had one of those matches again, which reassures my thought of him moving to another club might be a bad idea. Still a perfect penalty but mind you that was it. Clark also did excellent today and no mistakes(at least from what I can remember) Good match by him, lets hope he keeps that up. He has showed us countless times that he has what it takes, he just has to be more reliable like he was today. Guzan, once again shows how important he is and has a terrific match once again. Really pleased with having him as a gk. And the celebration he did really transcended over to me, just a magical feeling. I think bowery showed potential at times, I think he actually can become a good player even if he did several things wrong and that was not his position. Not ready for PL yet, but maybe next season he will get there. Dawkins seemed decent, but there was to little of him to give him any rating. Looks like he was better than I expected. Shame we didn`t get to see more of sylla, I really wonder how good this guy is. All in all, a perfect weekend. So happy that we got 3 points, and it really felt good to have some joy after a villa match again. Lovely.

I don`t think weimann will leave if we stay up, benteke I am sure of it will leave either way. Would love it if I was wrong but I don`t see it. I agree with the others, keep him if we get relegated, if not then ship him out of the club.

Yeah I doubt it. Kid started at the top at the last Belgian game too. All top players were there. Yeah that may not mean much but people knows about him. I saw a transfer rumor today about him too with a quote from lambert. It went something like this " He is only 22 years old and he has many years ahead of him. He is not at his peak yet, but what he has done for me and the club has been fantastic. If someone wants to buy Christian, they have to dig big". Shame, i always have this dream that this monsterous talent will appear and be totally in love with villa. Someone like le tissier or like that. The results today was superb. Could this weekend be the best ever. Hope everton smashes united tomorrow at OT. So excited and terrified for the match tomorrow, I really have no idea on what to expect. West ham is probably the team I have seen the least of this season, so I have no idea on how they are going to play really. Carroll seem terrifying when I consider our defence but I do believe we will take 3 points tomorrow if we can play like we did last match. I refuse to believe that west ham can play as good as everton can, there is no way. I really want to believe it now, I really do. Get those 3 points tomorrow, we need it so much.

Doubt that will happen. If we were to go with OGS we should have approached him in december/january at least. The season in Norway starts March 16th and they have started training 2-3 weeks ago. I doubt we can get him in the middle of the season. Besides, he is probably aiming for his 3 league trophy before he leaves. His aim one day is to become a Manchester United trainer so he has to start somewhere in England. Really nice and passionate guy, would have love to have him as a trainer. Unfortunately, he would probably get more criticism than Lambert would considering his short time as a manager.

To shed a tear or two is not really a big deal is it? Though if someone really started to lash out and cry like a little girl then I would be concerned. To some people this is one of the most important thing in their lives, so people will deal with it differently. But I do see your point.

We are pretty reliant on that another team must hit a brick wall, maybe two teams. I hate it when it`s not only our results that count but others have an impact too(yes they always do but you know what I mean)

Arsenal is so hard to predict. They can play like utter shit or play entertaining football. Watched a lot of their games this season and you never know how good they will be. Still, I don`t have high hopes for that one, and city...well we need to be lucky lol. We need that west ham win bad, and if we can get a draw after that, it would look better. Perhaps, but we are still one of the giants in english football and never forget that. As it have been pointed out, Everton - Aston Villa is the most played match in the top series. But yes, london clubs are more attractive. Even Benteke said so himself, that when he signed here he thought we were a london club :/

Yeah, he never does anything really. I hardly notice him in the games, like the last one. And if I do notice that he has the ball there is usually a mistake involved. Shame since he is the type of player we could need.

Great player, one we really should keep. Hope he stays, same with benteke. Though, we have a much bigger chance on this guy imo.

We need to get on a roll, we need to secure some 3 pointers. If keep at our current pace then we are going down, hence why people keep suggesting it. Come on, it`s already february and we have won 4 games this season. We need more wins than that with our remaining matches. I do think Norwich might get sucked in to this, I don`t think becchio is going to be their savior either. He is decent but I don`t think he has what it takes to keep a team up. I think reading is going to stop on their run, no way are they gonna keep this up. QPR can go either way, but judging from their last Norwich match they certainly seemed like a crappier team than us. But they have some really talented players and at any given time I could see they suddenly turn it around and get like three wins in a row. We don`t have much going for us, if anything.
