Strangely Chinese may become useful in Africa in years to come. We've got a friend from Rwanda staying at the moment. China is into Africa long term. I agree, Sid and Alex Cropley were the two best midfielders I've ever seen in the flesh. I'm late to this as I've been away for a month - thanks Rob for letting me know. Absolutely **** gutted, one of my oldest and closest friends is gone. I've spent the afternoon and evening reading tributes to him on various fora, sometimes struggling to read through the tears in my eyes, sometimes laughing out loud, sometimes both at the same time. I like the theory but the one part I would question is the use of a private jet for people sorting out a property project. That's a pretty expensive way of ferrying people around, isn't it? I would be inclined to think such people would be using scheduled flights. That said, I don't have his money, don't have a jet, don't know the exact costs involved and don't know how he thinks.

I'd like to know the answer to that myself, he was a good source. That said, I seem to remember him getting similar brickbats to those that went MM's way. Maybe he also got tired of some of the moronic posts he had to read in response to his own.
