  1. Whilst I agree with you a tandem jump isn't the real deal, it is still very exhilarating. I'd not done it before but I did one over Namibia earlier this year and it was **** brilliant. At some point I'll get round to doing it solo as I imagine that would be even better.
  2. I agree I think Houllier recognised it as well. A real pity he didn't get to complete his work.
  3. What the **** was Warnock doing allowing Saurez to get that shot in?
  4. Well, I'll watch it but it better impress early. I was on this show early and the first three series were excellent, especially those with Lew Ashby. Last series was pretty poor, imo. There were a couple of outstanding episodes out of 12 but most of them fell well short of the standards set by the previous series. It was like the writers were just going through the motions so they better pull their finger out for this one. I'll give 'em a couple of episodes and if the signs are bad I'll not bother with the rest. I decided that at the end of the last series and still feel the same.
  5. The good news is I've got a good book to go and read rather than waste my time watching another 45 dispiriting minutes of that **** shit.
  6. I did the same thing when it was brought to my attention Cracking stuff, the second season should be aired about March or April, I think. I then went on to read the books but the frustrating part is the fat, lazy word removed takes about 5 years to write them. If he puts a spurt on it might be out in around 2016! Apparently there is another one planned for after that! I expect I'll have lost interest even before the next one comes out, let alone one in ten years from now.
  7. Shit, he's punched him into a Klingon
  8. Stunned? Nah, I think your average chicken or goat would just be merely mildly surprised when they see the knife.
  9. This wonderful site will tell you just about anything you need to know about the journey. And pretty much any train journey you'll want to take anywhere in the world! I've had it bookmarked for years - I posted it on this site a few years ago - but haven't had occasion to use it myself until last week. Booked a journey Singapore-Kuala Lumpur for a week Saturday using the info on there. That'll be the start of a four month odyssey taking in SEA and NZ and I'm sure I'll be availing myself of its comprehensive info again soon. The other good thing about it is that it gets kept up to date. It's all here

You might be able to pick up something classy and cheap from this collection.
  11. His wife? There is a Petrova account on here so it was probably her. Just kidding. It wasn't me but he did play very well but Gabby was IMO easily MOTM.
  12. I would echo the sentiments here but would add that although Zog has improved, he is not releasing the ball often enough. He just doesn't seem to grasp when he has completed his job at a certain point in play - bar being available for following up. He doesn't release to a team mate when he should often enough. Very frustrating to watch and must be frustrating to play with when you've got yourself free and he tries to over-Zog the pudding, Again.
  13. FFS, every bastard time. Watch us throw this away again
