    To go from being adored at the club he has long supported as well as his family to being on the receiving end of hostility would be very challenging. To be fair, I think it would push him on to perform even better.

    Comfortable win for them I fesr (especially considering Dean and Friend) although you never know. We have to create a hostile atmosphere that’s for sure and not show anxiety when we haven’t had a touch of the ball for 5 minutes. I’d absolutely love to get the win while the ground sing ‘Grealish what’s then score’! Looking forward to it.

    Funny how opinions can differ so much! I think he has shown what he is all about on a number of occasions. Give him an extended run in the team in the current set up and see what he can do.

    Absolutely outstanding. Phenomenal football first half and real grit and determination second half. I think we will really push on this season now. Gerrard quickly winning me over. Very excited by Ramsey. Nakamba proving the doubters wrong - always been a big fan. Back 4 absolutely class. Young rolling back the years and McGinn showing why he is absolutely key to us - £2.5 million . Enjoy those beers all! UTV!!

    Nakamba Mings Ramsey and Targett absolutely exceptional. If we play like this second half and take the points we should really kick on. Tactics clear to see.

    I was fairly underwhelmed by his appointment but I have been very impressed with the start. There was a clear game plan yesterday and once he has had more time on the training pitch I think we will push on. We have some good players in our squad.
