I haven't said he's shit or anything.. they can continue to do that and watch him for Blues this year (if Fosters moved on yet?) and continue to keep an eye on him and see how he copes before handing out an international debut. He's only 19 afterall. In the meantime give someone who deserves it a chance.

I think people should be selected on merit, not who they know thats all. Valid point on Woods and Martyn, didnt have pointless friendlies those days.

I actually dont mind blues, prefer them to Liverpool, Manure, Arsenal etc.. if i werent a Villa fan I'd be a blues fan. Having said that he hasnt even played for them yet. I don't see personally how the FA can get someone whos never played at a better standard than regular league goalkeepers

12 League games in League 2 warrants an international call up? Remember the days when quality like Chris Woods and Nigel Martyn couldn't get a game.. what has happened to the GK department?

Butland will be making his debut.. I'm not saying this beacause he plays for them, but what a farce! How can you pick a player who's only ever played 12 league games to make his national debut aged 19?

The thing no ones mentioned so far.. after all he did for Liverpool he then went to Manure and thus killing his legend status in a large number of fans eyes. Can you imagine Sid in a blues shirt? On that basis alone he shouldnt have signed for Manure

I think they use a mixture of stories from different sources and try to create the mystery footballer to get a following and intice public interest. Jounalist tricks, if the article teaches anything its not to trust journalists. -
Apparently its going to have move support for ps3 but i cant find any articles stating how. Do any of you working in the gaming industries have any more information? I'm trying to think how it could possibly work. Would be nice to use my move controller for something as its just been sitting there for 2 years waiting for a game I can use it on. Only eyepet has had any use for it in this household, needless to say not by me though.

Having not bought it last year, I will definitely be buying it this year. I usually host the Villatalk PS3 league which I won in Fifas '10 & '11 so look forward to kicking your asses again I did have a few games around my brothers house on Fifa 12 but found the defensive system very different and hard, probably ok once you get used to it. Looking forward to it immensely

I sense this is the end of Delfouneso, remember him raving about the 14 shirt when he was given it comparing himself to Henry! Now thats been taken away it seems like an indication that he could be off.

Should I be worried this has gone into page 12? Really don't think the guy is worth it. Although wouldn't mind that type of player but not for £20m and huge wages theres much better value for money out there.

I might be on my own, but I think we've got a decent squad and I don't mind if PL doesn't bring in too many players. Especially when you think of all the promising talent thats come through recently, would be unfair to shift them on without giving them a proper chance to shine. Spend a year assessing then decide which areas need improving. -
