Then someone like DaveJ posts with good comments about Pearson's recent and impressive managerial record (certainly by our standards, and even more so now we're a Championship club). Then someone like you posts about how you're baffled why people don't get your point - you don't want Pearson because he's a cock.

We played Leicester in the FA Cup and they were much the better team in the first half. Had they been more clinical they could've finished us by half time. It's worth remembering that the season you're quoting was Leicester's first season in the division with Pearson. Ranieri took over a team used to the the Prem with some experience under their belts of not just the division but playing alongside each other. Prem experience is useful, but as we've found out isn't the complete package on its own. I bet you cant do much in Brazil without vested interests (gangs, politicians, mayors, police) sticking their nose in for a payoff.
