    I'd pay even 40m for Tammy. He's exactly what we need. Already scored a hatful of goals under Smith. Good mates with a lot of the lads already. I'd make this our first signing of the summer to show we mean business.

    They're even worse on their forum. They act like they're doing us a favour by signing him and we should just take whatever they give us. Mind you all that's circulating is bs rumors since he scored a worldie against them so it's funny seeing them act like they got this wrapped up.

    I used to like fairytale stories when we were an established Prem side, but now I just want the teams least likely to stay up come up. The less Wolves and Sheffield Uniteds come up the better for us. So for now that means Cardiff please

    It's arrogance. They are willing it to be true. Some tabloid made a tenuous link, and that's it they have to bend reality to justify why he should be there.

    They formed a good relationship on and off the pitch early on. We need a Jota type player but who's actually good at this level. Benrahma would be perfect. Buendia as well.

    I'm seeing a lot of people (mainly United fans) saying "he saves the club and this is how they repay him" re: Villa (allegedly) setting his price at 80m. What an absolutely infuriating take. As if the club will be like "thanks Jack, just for that we're going to make your fee really low because we're not a business or anything!". The arrogance just gets on my tits.

    Created a bucket load of chances in one of the worst PL sides of all time. Genuinely creative attacking midfielders like that are rare nowadays.

    Apart from the obvious salt, I'm loving the disparity between the work put into the mockup of the kit and that put into the sponsor. How hard was it to find their logo?

    I want to keep playing Jack from the left so Buendia would slot in fine. Regardless, like people were saying a couple of days ago, it's good to have options. We won't only be playing one way.

    Scored a great one against Watford a couple of weeks ago. He's just behind Jack and TAA for most chances created in the PL this season.

    That's fine, they're still ahead of us at present time. We'll see how next season goes. To that end, apparently we're "preparing" a 30m bid for Buendia. Yes please.

    Despite that, they still finished 8 points and 3 places higher than us.

    They're an established midtable side and we just stayed up by the skin of our teeth on the last day in our first season up. They're currently better than us.

    Can we stop suggesting the better players of teams who are better than us? Why in God's name would Zaha or Digne come to Villa?

    Our last 2 black kits were almost good The 2010/11 one with the FxPro sponsor was a good design but the kit looked like it was made out of plastic just like the home kit. The 17/18 one looked like a training top with that stripe at the top.
