I don't have a big problem with him, I'm actually ok with his signing policy (The old one). But I have problem with his tactics sometimes, And sticking players as Weimann and Gabby every game and not in their positions! I remember last season he played Clark as LB while having Herd as CB ! We all know that the first game Herd started with us took MOM against the Wolves, While playing as RB. So he was going to do an ok job as FB. Yet Clark is originally a CB and his hight would protect us from some high set pieces. These are couple of things which makes me doubt his ability. I liked him in our first season because he was brave, He start whoever is good regardless his name. Yet he seems to stick with every player who has been ok for him in a certain period even if he wasn't good atm.

If we could get from Spurs Capoue and Holtby for Vlaar, I'd consider that , But not Dowson tbh. Ofcourse with a replacement arranged from the Dutch or Belgian League. But anyway we need to be careful dealing with these Spurs ! Their bite is like a snake ! And they don't leave you until getting all your blood ! That's why I would like to keep Vlaar. We really need him this season. We have a decent squad if everybody is fit. It's up to Lambert if he'll repeat the end of 2012-2013, or 2013-2014 !

Are we linked with Ben Arfa ? Or it's just a thought ?

tbh, I think he was good when he came last season. Only bad or let's say horrible last decision. I really wanted him to play in pre-season games. I'd rather him playing on the wing than playing Weimann, and even Gabby (in home games). People seem to only think about his last decision, Which is the case with Weimann too (Especially as a winger). Most of Weimann's good games came when he was playing behind the striker. I'd say that Tonev had couple of good games as against Everton H and Cardiff H. Even in his last two appreances (Man Utd, Fulham) , He did in 30 mins more than what Weimann did in the last 8 games (other than the Hull game). He's one of the only players we have that could use technique while running, and he's one of the best crossers (after Marc) Which says he could be the best winger we have atm. Just a few bad decision made him look bad. I'd rather if Lambert gave him the chance and told him not to shoot. Which he did against Everton and Cardiff. Anyway if he's moving I wish it would be as a loan. He could boost in the championship. I really have big hopes for him if he upgrade his decision making !

Brown was good last year in the confideration cup from what I remember. But if they would like a player who scored 5 goals with 10m, They could have Weimann. lol !

I don't have anything new, I've just contacted the same source before about two days. He told me KAB will mostly be in England after Ramadan (which ends after about a week). And he'll have some meetings with his lawyers. I didn't want to open this until I'm aware of the outcomes of the meetings, But what made me write here now is something which I want to be sure of. One of my friends got me a gift (An Away shirt) without me knowing. He told me he was going to put a player name (without me asking him why you didn't put) but they said they won't write names until the club is sold. I failed to understand what the relation with that, and what if the club wasn't sold ? So I assumed that either my friend didn't understand exactly what's they're saying? or it's really the case. If it was the case then they're sure that the club will be sold before the beginning of the season, but again no one seem to be fully sure about being sold in this period exactly. What I want to ask is, have anyone tried to buy a shirt with a player name and found something like this? Because I haven't read nor heard about this thing at all until yesterday when my friend told me and I wasn't really convinced about his understanding. Maybe they weren't sure if certain players are going to stay with the team or not? But even if this is the case I fail to understand if the shop look in these things.

Woody1000. I'm one of the biggest Lambert fans. I also think his signings weren't bad, I think if Helenius and Tonev had the chances Weimann was getting they'd be a garentued starters. Anyway, I think he have couple of problems. One of them is that whoever gave him good performances at the past he seem to not give anyone else chance even if he was playing s**t. Somehow he haven't done that with Sylla because KEA was good when Sylla was injured. So he hasn't gave Sylla the chance after that. Lambert was more brave in his first year by benching Bent and the co. He also don't try and find a way to play at home (when he used to do good away), he play the same way here and there. Somehow he even started to put bad performances away ! A game like Fulham or Stoke away when he put Herd as a CB with Clark as LB ! I understand that there were no proper LB. But putting Herd as LB is much better than putting him in only 2 CB's ! Anyway I rate Lambert, Yet I doubt him before every game we play, I don't have much confidence with his tactics. He's learning anyway, Well I hope that.

He didn't have a proper run last season. And he didn't have the confidence too. Hopefully his loan with Helenius would give their confidence a boost and come back better.

Probably because it was BS I'm reading here almost daily, And it's not a case of everything being a BS or not, it's just there is nothing new to say. And as useless said : I wrote it once and kept without writing anything for a week or two until I heard more then I came back and said what I knew. It's not a BS, I'm sure about that, And I've been told about couple of the partners too (who I know by name). The interest and negotiations are there for sure. But as I said before it's not a case that I'd know when would it finish exactly. Even the guy who gave the information (The relative of Al-Baltan) from my knowledge I don't think he knows how long would it takes himself. I'm not sure what they're negotiating exactly but I knew the price was agreed in general and it was a negotiations about things which I'm not aware and lawyer things. I'm not sure exactly what and what they've been up to exactly. People here aren't that professional as they're in the UK or the US for example. I mean there a lot of things which you could know when you're not involved and even not that hard to find such an information. It's just a case of someone who knows them very well. And usually things like this aren't treated very secretly especially with people they know. But the case is about the full information and the details which would give more idea and an exact one. So Until I have something new (either all terms are agreed or not) or (wether they're still on it or not) I won't add anything because I don't have more information. The last time the guy answered me and told me he have nothing new was before a week or so. If I heard anything new I'd say. But I still think it's going through as before although I have nothing more since the last time I wrote something here.

Samaras would be better than Weimann or even Kozak anyway. Muhammed Besic and Samaras would add something to the team. We need a physical striker as a back-up for Benteke. Kozak won't return for a while. Besic as a DM with Delph and Westwood in front of him.

Hopefully Colombia would win against Brazil ! Great win tonight Los Cafeteros !

I think if we could look at some good players from the WC who won't cost much, We could have a look at Origi from Belgium or Michael Uchebo from Nigeria As a striker. I would say Origi might be better for us as we already have Benteke and Kozak as big striker. Mohammed Besic as people posted up there seem to be a good DM from Bosnia, who as well won't cost nothing. Yesterday I saw some good flashes from the Ecuadorian LB, Don't know his name tbh. Eminike from Nigeria is a good winger and defintly update to Weimann. I don't remember a good playmaker which we could afford atm, But we could always go back to Hiroshi Kiyotake.

Me, I don't want him to play against Colombia ! One of the most reasons which let me start loving and watching Villa is Juan Pablo Angel, I used to like Colombia national team since the beginning years of this century.

What do you guys think of Michael Uchebo ? Seemed very good when he came on ! won't cost a lost as he's in the Belgian League ! With him as a back up for Benteke and to play our first 2 months before Kozak and Benteke comes back ! To be honest he seems better on ball than Kozak. Although he didn't play as a striker today. He's only 24 and his hight is 194 ! He doesn't have a good goal ratio though.

I haven't seen Samaras goal, But I saw him couple of times with Celtic + Greece. I think he's a good back-up for Benteke !
