My employer has a lawyer on the board, an accountant, someone who deals with marketing, someone who does HR, someone that looks after customer services and someone else that does sales. We deliver parcels. This is completely normal. A business is run by a team with a variety of skills.

For me it was the wireless minis and the fluid viewing and also because one of my HD boxes died prompting me to look around. I like the model that sky own the gear so it's their problem when it goes wrong - but we'll have to see what that means in terms of SLA.
