A little reminder for you: One (1) player scored 20 this year and it was Drogba. Last year it was RVN and Henry, and before that it was Henry and Johnson. And the year before that it was RVN, Henry and Shearer. So when your asking for those types of players, remember how difficult it is to produce such a tally. And how few players do it on a regular basis. Only RVN, Henry and Shearer springs to mind. But were not just talking league goals here. I think the original point I am arguing with is "regular basis", Angel scored 24 one season and people are still not happy since he didn't repeat it. Unfortunately Nigel Medi-Ocre seems a much more likely option (I do actually rate him, but love my Hammer mate's nickname for him!) Harewood seems like a waste of time to me. He's no real improvement on Moore. To be honest, if we can't sign genuine quality up front (Defoe, Bent, Saviola) then we shouldn't bother. While I hope the next 10 days are exciting, it is still VERY early in the window and I think MON will build up to a crescendo as the window progresses. He still has nearly 3 months after all!
