Interesting to hear that Adebayor was going to sign for Spurs before Real Madrid approached him.. he said he was off to Spurs in Jan and that he would still sign for Spurs at the end of the season despite those racist chants (which allegedly were from spurs fans).. Has done well at Real Madrid to be fair, played a big role in their season despite only being here for limited time.. also gets a medal too.

He is a versatile midfielder who can play on either end of the pitch as well as on either flank. Im sure City fans hate one of the K's I just cant remember if its Kolorov or Kompany.

Anyway, because he's English. They need as many Homegrowns as possible so taking the best ones is always a good option. Like you say Kolorov is just as good but not really any better. So might as well have Baines and fill a Home-grown spot whilst they are at it.

They don't hate Kolarov but certainly he isn't as good as the media have made out.

Kompany is to them what Laursen was for us though...

Is Harry for real in this clip?

He doesn't know the wages of any of his players at Spurs?

Rubbish.

He does that, pleads ignorance to anything wage related so if it goes the way of Bournemouth, West Ham, Southampton or Portsmouth he can just say he had no idea all along.

ETA Nutin' to do wiv me 'guv

He'll take all the credit though if it suddenly comes out that Tottenham have the best wage structure in the league or something.

Like transfers, he admitted at the time he had nothing to do with VDV signing apart from telling Levy to go for it when Levy rang him to tell him they could get him if he wanted.

He still takes all the credit now though.

Prick.

Ahhh one of those talking mats, love them.
