But I'd say Beyonce is probably one of the most famous women in the world at the moment. Rightly or wrongly. I've never been a fan of her, and always thought she looked a bit like a snake. But recently, I was forced to watch a live show of her (on TV) at my girlfriends brothers house, and I rather enjoyed it! :oops: (To the point that I would like to cover one of her songs in my band! TBH I do roughly know who Beyonce is, and that she's a singer once in a girl group who is with (married to) Jay Z.I didn't know she was married to Jay Z. But then you see, I don't really know who Jay Z is. Oh, I assume he's a rapper, but I literally wouldn't know Jay-Z from Ice-T from Biggie Smalls from Grandmaster Flash. You see, I've heard the names. I know Eminem is white and is really called Marshall Mathers. I might recognise one of his 'songs' - isn't there one that rips off (sorry, 'samples') Led Zeppelin? But at the end of the day, it's rap, so the filters kick in. I don't need, and I especially don't want to know anything about it. It's off the radar. It's not in my world.
