Hold your horses here fellas - I've just looked back at the thread and there's no 100% at all that Baring will be showing 3pm kick offs. I'm really sorry if that's the impression I gave...bah I guess I'm for it now Haha I got too excited! I'll give the baring a ring in a bit then. Is anyone heading somewhere today for the game?

This "money ball" aspect is a huge and vital part of the game today for sure. The Secret Footballer touches on it a fair bit in his book / articles. City are using it in a BIG way apprently.

But for some reason, they're always rubbish on match days. Have you experienced players like this?" TSF replies: Definitely, every club has them. They are called the 'five-a-side player'. They are world-beaters in small sided games, you simply cant get the ball from them and their passing is excellent. As soon as they are on a big pitch it is like playing with ten men. I couldn't tell you why though!

This! Lamberts here for the long haul, we're setting up well getting a decent back room team in and are doing things "the right way". Get the rest of the trouble makers out, get players with drive and want in and we're looking good. This is the start of a positive change but we have to be prepared for it to take some time. -
