    One thing that has annoyed me is his comment about making changes post Newcastle. Yesterday there was only one change. So to me that seems like he’s bottled it. A perfect game to make changes would have been yesterday against a team coming for a point.

    Cruise control for the whole game. Would have liked us to kill the game off sooner in the second half. Ramsey absolutely top class. What a player he is going to be. Cash looking a proper wing back now. McGinn immense as always. As for Dougie, absolutely bossed the game. Really pleased for Carney too and glad Ollie got his goal. How poor are Norwich though?

    Was watching the YouTube Sky Sports highlights of their win over Watford and damn sure I heard their fans singing about Gerrard again. What a pathetic, odd bunch.

    Just watched Make Us Dream on Prime. Makes you appreciate what a phenomenon he was as a player. His leadership and never say die attitude is exactly what our squad needs right now. Hopefully he realises the desperate need for a new left back and the void in centre mid. You’d like to think he’d immediately address the latter in January, especially being arguably one of the greatest central midfielders of his generation.
